Ready Toner Avis 

Ok they did finally credit back my account and offered a black toner to compensate for 6 weeks of wasted time. I do appreciate that and that they are trying to do better. I understand supply issues can happen. Raising this to 2 stars. Thank you!

Zero stars don’t buy from this company! I paid for three Printer refills on September 10, 2026 and never received them. Emailed them, it took Days to receive a response. Finally they said they lost them and were going to re-ship them.
Again never received them, called No answer, left voice message, No response. Emailed them, same thing. Finally, response from Annie, who said that they don’t have shipment and no replacement and they will refund me, but it will take 10 days.
10 days past, still no refund horrible company don’t buy from them - buyer beware !!!

Was easy and the website was userfriendly.

Worked out perfectly and in time..I would suggest your products repeatedly.

Just a note that I've purchased from other companies that, to be fair, may be doing their best, but your company delivered perfectly as advertised. I'm extremely grateful. Your obvious dedication as a team to provide a great and dependable service is obvious to me and I'm sure many more even if they don't let you know. I'm not one to take things like this for granted. So...thank you all...and I mean all.

The ready toner cartridge didn’t fit the printer like it’s supposed to. So I spent my money on two that don’t work.

Toner is great just took awhile to recieve it!

After getting my first shipment, I was not satisfied with the color quality. Ready Toner contacted me promptly and sent a complete new shipment. Customer service was great.

Ordering and delivery went very well no problem with that! However after less than a week my printer was saying low toner. I removed the two cartridges and reinserted them and was still getting the same message! For the price I paid this is unacceptable! Will never purchase again from this company!!

I made an order and when the order came in, I was very disappointed the toner cartridgedid not work on my printer. After researching, I had ordered the wrong cartridge. I have dyslexia.
Sent an email to the company explaining what happened and I needed the correct one. They’re sending me the correct one at no cost to me. This was my mistake, but they helped me out of my problem at no cost to me.
Not only is their product good but their customer service beyond normal bounds to help the customer.

Fast service - 5 day wait

I had an issue with the timeframe of not being as quick as I was told it would be and they gave me a discount for the missed timeframe with no hassles and not argument. They took full responsibility for the delay with no terrible excuses. I love that from a company. It helps with trust. I will be using them again.

I was easily able to determine which toner cartridge to order for my printer. I unfortunately didn't see the 15% off for new customer orders until after I checked out. I emailed them and was promptly awarded the discount. So great customer service. I haven't received the cartridge yet, but assume that will go well too.
