Our salesperson Dave was very helpful, telling us about special deals and even followed up with a phone call after the delivery. The food arrived in hard plastic buckets with lids. Very good value for our money.

Whenever we order with rhe help of one of the representatives we have built a repore with we always get excellent customer service. We recently ordered not just for ourselves but also our children..every order came on time, to the right address and was complete. Totally reliable, dependable and willing to give the best price, information and products available. Can't go wrong here!

I received my order quickly which was great. The problem was part of my order was missing. Customer service was rather hard to get in touch with but when I did they were helpful I did receive the missing part of my order but I was never sent an email to when it was sent leaving me questioning when I would receive my order and having to call back to find out.

When I received my order, I opened the plastic container and noticed white powder on all the other bags. As I pulled out the other bags there was the powered milk bag with a big hole in it. I contacted the company and told them the issue. On Aug. 29 I got an email saying a replacement was on the way. Still waiting!! The email was sent by R Burnett. Will go back to 4 Patriot’s.

Hi like ready wise products. I have ordered them in the past. I give you terribly low marks for your deceptive online tactics. In my last order, you were very deceptive in how to exit from cart to payment. I ended up buying something I didn’t want or intend to buy. This is very deceptive, and I will not order from Reddy wise ever again because of it. You should not. flood the customer with pop-ups at the end of their order. This is very deceptive. You will lose customers doing this. Patriot products does not do this and I will be a customer of their emergency food from now on.

Some what good value but pricey on pkgs. Watch for sales to order.

Dried milk on website needs to show ingredients. It did not. More stuff in other than milk. This was our most recent purchase.

Wrong delivery at first. They sent two of the same bucket, they made up for it by sending me the correct bucket. They said they would send me a mailing slip to return the other one but never did. I guess they’re just making good on it:

I order from Ready Wise periodically and sample some just to test it. So far it’s been incredible how good it is. This order was the scramble eggs with sausage and peppers. I tried one and seemed a little water but the flavor was good. Placed the contents into a skillet, boiled off the water while adding cheese and vegetables and it was good. It’s not fresh eggs, but in an emergency you will be happy that you have this as a back up.

Food came quick and was priced right

I ordered --paid for it and it got here a short time later. Haven't done much else--good price

The website is very easy to use and the item descriptions are very precise.

Communication was superb. Response to question and quick remedies were excellent.
