Terrible Quality and No Refund – Do Not Buy from Reaforson
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Reaforson. I ordered the Women's Vintage Botanical Floral Wide Leg Pants (Order #32950S16587) back in April, and the product I received was absolutely nothing like what was shown on their website.
First of all, the pants arrived damaged—the left back pocket was completely unstitched. I ordered a size M, but the pants fit like a size L, way too large. On top of that, the print quality is awful—the floral design is so poor that the drawings are indistinguishable, and the colors are dull and faded compared to the vibrant ones shown online.
I contacted their customer service immediately, providing pictures of the damage and wrong size, and requested a refund. Despite my complaint being clear and well-documented, I never received any refund or resolution to my problem. Their lack of response and refusal to honor my refund request is unacceptable.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid Reaforson at all costs! I’ve never had such a poor online shopping experience.
