Hello Dave. thank you for your evaluation. What you wrote is justified in exactly one sense - a lack of communication. First of all, I should have informed you continously about our efforts (the workshop presentation at the Chamber of Commerce just being one of them, the client meetings, the analysis of the translated documentation etc.). Due to a lack of time I did not do this properly and thus it gave you the impression of a lack of activities. This is really my fault and I will improve on that in the future. However, besides the fact that I had several clients aligned we invested quite some work into that, and not only myself, but also partners and even lawyers with whom we spoke about the legal situation of the managing company. And the reason things did not proceed was not the market (which is very good) or the political situation, but on the one hand personal considerations of the clients, on the other hand the ongoing legal processes against the company (which however is slowly getting resolved) which deterred some of the interested parties. I apologize for not have brought the proper results in the given time frame despite our best efforts, as well as the lack of communication. I will take this as, albeit severe, constructive criticism in order to improve on that. All the best.
