Great Service
Dealt with this company three times now and have always been satisfied with the service. Also very helpful with answering any questions you may have. Polite friendly and good to deal with. Deliveries arrived as requested.

Delivery was left outside my house in…
Delivery was left outside my house in the freezing cold and heat pack hadn't activated yet. Shrimp were totally still and clumped together in the bag. Thought it must have been shock. I spent ages trying to acclimatize my shrimp (it did not recommend drip acclimatization, but bag floating!). All died. Silly me thought they were still in shock. Also received a snail that never came out of their shell.
The website says that "To qualify for our guarantee and to ensure responsible care of your livestock, you must have signed for your package at the first delivery attempt. Failure, re-delivery, or refusal of delivery will void any claim.", well, I didn't sign, the parcel was left on the floor outside my door, so I didn't bother claiming within their 48hour guarantee.

Our courier, APC, are fully licenced to carry livestock and do not generally leave items in a safe place without informing us in the event, so we can notify the customer. We are sorry you have had trouble contacting us - as far as we can see we have tried calling, and replied to all emails regarding your delivery. We still cannot deliver live fish to Highlands or unreachable areas in Scotland I'm afraid, but we are more than happy to refund or replace with suitable dry goods items to the same value as your order. Very helpful and trustworthy
Unfortunately there were problems due to courier restrictions. However the communication was helpful and friendly throughout. Prompt refund when all delivery options were exhausted. Would happily deal with again once the courier restrictions are lifted.

Nice silk plants.
I ordered some silk plants and they were delivered the following day. What I found impressive was the packaging. They were sent in recycled cardboard. I was very pleased with my experience.

Wrong P}roduct
I ordered and paid for blanketweed treatment. Sadly, real Aquatics delivered the wrong product. Initial response said all the right things but then didn't answer phone or reply to messages or emails. I am now stuck with something I don't want.
Pretty poor show I would suggest you don't use them.
