Amazing customer service
Rebecca provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in recent memory. My order was delivered to the wrong address (to no fault of her) and she helped me track it down and offered to get replacements ready as soon as possible if they weren't where Royal Mail said they delivered it to. Very great products too!

Great produce which does what it should. Would be good to get refil packs.
Hi. Looking in particular at the soap and hand conditioner. The glass bottles are great but can be reused. .

Thank you so much for your support and kind review. We actually do refills in store for the hand washes! :). The lotions are too tricky to do unfortunately as they are best poured when slightly warm. We try our best!
still trying to find the right pouches to be able to sell them direct to you to refill at home, so we're working on that!

Bought a pendant a couple of months ago and needed added scented pads for it absolutely brilliant help from Rebecca .
