Lusciously healthy plant.
My beautiful plant arrived in good time and expertly packaged for minimal damage. All packaging was recyclable or compostable. The plant has huge jars and luscious foliage. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Forty pounds for a plant pot liner!
Forty pounds for a plant pot liner? A piece of plastic that might cost five to ten pounds elsewhere?
Sorry, you may have been able to fool my grandmother, but that only happens once. And in my book, that makes you a rip-off merchant.

Very good winter care packaging
I bought a Cast Iron plant in a beautiful elephant pot as a gift. Customer service was so understanding and waited until the cold snap was over to send, after I requested they wait. It would of been fine because they wrapped the plant very well and included a heat pack around the pot. So the roots were kept warm and the packaging kept it safe. The Cast Iron arrived in perfect health and exactly like the picture online.
2 weeks on and my friend loves her plant & says it's perfectly healthy with no stress. I love Rebels pots, the selection is amazing and the prices are reasonable.
Definitely ordering more plants!
Thank you

We are thrilled to hear that the Cast Iron plant and its new Pot home arrived safely. Shipping plants during a UK winter is always a challenge, but we take great pride in our insulated packaging and 72-hour heat packs to ensure every green roommate arrives stress-free.
We believe timing is everything when it comes to plant health! We are so glad your friend is enjoying her gift and that it’s thriving in its new home.
Thank you for choosing us over the 'big box' stores. We can't wait to help you pick out your next plant buddy!
Wonderful unique orchids, excellent health, a good price
I was ordering an orchid for my Dad who has quite the collection and I was trying to find something he didn't have. I had some ready helpful advice and was really pleased with the orchid that was suggested.
My Dad was thrilled with the orchid. It's arrived really quickly. It was in really good condition and health and it was a good price for the uniqueness and for the size of the orchid.

Packagind disaster - Postage exorbitant - Returns refused espite their woeful packaging
Postage exorbitant, slow service and daft price £6 !!
Packaging - Rebel employ people to pack and I bet they nthink their packing is Superb. In fact it's a real mess. Someone thinks that strong adhesive tape is a goood idea. It isn't - because they wrap plastic around the plants, which is then firnly stuck with afdhesive tape that is so hard to remove, risking the plant in the process. THEN to compound the mess, they stick the plant to the box carton very securelty - severely actually. This then makes plant damage likely with the frustration of trying to detach plant from box. REALLY this is diiisastrous -- they need to send some plants to themselves and have panel of people try to unwrap, and then measure the damage dne to plant, scissors, knife, and mental frustration. Dont buy from them it's amateuris masking itself as "clever proficient superior" It's none of those things
