As contractors with not the best credit rating we were really unsure of how to get a remortgage for home improvements. Our research pointed to Rebus and we weren't let down. Ben was a very active advisor. We were able to progress things very quickly We had multiple meetings where he explained things thoroughly. We are first time buyers and we received great guidance and advice. I would recomment Ben and Rebus to my NHS colleagues, as he understood the atypical NHS pay structure.

Neezam And Joy were absolutely amazing, they looked at our Mortgage and found us the best deal available at the time, not only did they lock this deal in for us but due to the timeframe we had to remortgage Neezam also reviewed the deal we had originally and reprocessed it for us to save us even more money closer to our deadline, we did not ask for this to be done and was all part of the service, we felt valued as customers and the service was excellent, will always come back to use their services.

Our 5 year fixed term mortgage was coming to an end at the end of April 2023. Not only this, we also were wanting to clear our Help2Buy equity loan we took out in 2018 when we purchased our house.

The thought of having both come up at the same time was filling us with dread. Especially as we'd heard so many horror stories about how difficult it was to deal with Target (the H2B people)

We are first time buyers and we’re pretty clueless with all things buying a house. I originally messaged Nadine via Facebook just to see if she could help us and from the minute I sent the message Nadine has been amazing! We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. So patient. So understanding and just SO lovely. I would recommend her to anyone, especially first time buyers as she just helps you understand every stage of buying. Things that haven’t even related to her job, she has still helped us with. Later In the process we have also had Joy help us.
