Phenomenal team
We honestly cannot thank Rebus enough for everything they did for us. Our circumstances were very complicated, and at times the process felt overwhelming — especially as I was pregnant during this time and even gave birth while everything was still ongoing.
Lee and Abbie were incredible throughout the entire four-month journey. They were consistently prompt, kind, patient, and reassuring, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. They worked tirelessly to help us find a lender and never gave up, even when it felt like the odds were stacked against us.
Completing on 5th of January 2026 felt incredibly special given everything we had been through, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without their support, expertise, and genuine care. A DREAM COME TRUE
After being turn down by multiple mortgage lenders due to our visa status, we had almost lost hope of owning a home while paying high rent. We discovered Rebus Finance online and, despite our doubts, decided to apply. From the very first call, Neezam Romjon listened patiently and resolved our concerns step by step. We created our account on 10 Sept 2025 with REBUS, received Approval in Principle on 18 Sept 2025, full mortgage approval on 14 Oct 2025, got the keys on 11 Dec 2025, and moved into our own home on 18 Dec 2025, just in time for Christmas, exactly as promised.
A special thanks to Neezam Romjon, Hasan Hanif, Bina Gohil and Jo Ellis for their exceptional support throughout the mortgage journey. They partnered us with the right legal channels and remained involved in all communications until completion. We’re so grateful for the help Rebus provided us with remortgaging our property that had a help to buy loan. We were conscious that we left it too late to avoid a variable mortgage as the help to buy loan repayment can take a while. But with how fast Rebus and the recommended solicitors worked, we managed to only go on to a variable for 3 days (expecting to be on it for months). The whole team were so helpful and friendly; the service really was 10/10 and worth every penny!

Very fast, efficient and professional team
Can't speak highly enough of Lee, Abbie and the team for getting our H2B remortgaging sorted quickly and efficiently. Professionalism and Experience

Brilliant Mortgage Advisors
We were very apprehensive to start the process of buying a house in the UK because we had heard how difficult it is to get a mortgage at our age as we are over 55. However, Neezam and his Team put us at ease immediately and the whole process from mortgage in application to mortgage approval was seamless.
