Got scammed, charged me money and never got my recast credits to watch the live event!

This site and service I am disappointed.
I first signed up for free trial and everything worked fine, until I tried to download my video.
The first time I tried to down load it said my video was 17:00 minutes long and free trial only covers 1 minute.
So, I up graded for $170.00 and I tried to down load and I received a message that $170.00 would only cover 10 minutes.
The third time tried to pay more money to up grade the screen went black twice and became stuck the third attempt.
Yes, I am upset!!!!!

So glad to have found this site! Recast has made life dealing with the admin for my podcast SO much easier. I shopped around and couldn't find anything that had the same features as recast studio. Very happy with the experience. Would love if it could be developed as an IOS app or Mac downloadable software for easier user experience though.

Recast makes getting content from YouTube (or your own uploads) so ridiculously easy. We use it as a content website to take videos from the internet that we write about and share snippets for social. It's been a game changer for us.

Tried a few audiogram solutions (Descript, Audiogram) and Recast was the best one. The transcription was very good - it picked up words the other solutions did not, which saved me a bit of editing time. Without a doubt the best AI software out there. I used to pay somebody $1200 a month to repurpose my material and it rarely came out like I wanted. This tool allows me to take one of my video podcast and the software does the rest. Amazing how good it is at dividing up the content and then cutting it into great looking templates to load on social media. I now have a years worth of posts and it only took me a few hours. Buy it!
