Don't waste your money buying from this site. Same experience as your other reviewers, sent money got tracking info which does not work , told they had more demand for product and wouldtake longer to arrive, then told product not available and they would refund me the full price and 20% extra all lies!! Beware this is a SCAM!,

This is a SCAM beware. Same thing happened as others experienced, bought phone from recordoffer, paid wessex appliances, supposed to be delivered from Delivery King but nothing, they emailed me to say there was a delay in delivery cause of high volume of sales and would l like 20% off or refund, l chose refund but still waiting.

Scammers....New S23 for 350£!!! Used PayPal to give it a shot, why not.
They confirmed they only sell new sealed items. Ordered on 10th October, phone expected delivery date was 20th, then 25th and then 2nd October!
That "courier" company's website doesn't show any tracking, just expected delivery date.
Lucky I paid with Paypal / Amex, I raised a dispute with Amex and the full price will be reimbursed.

Apparently the deliveries are then handed by "deliveries-king" aka Golden Dragon Deliveries Ltd which is an equally complicit fast food company in Croydon.
Legal action being initiated to recover my money

Ordered tv from Recordoffer after seeing the price on Pricerunner. The order went through and the payment from my account went to Wessex Appliances. Was bit suspicious when the delivery time was quite long. Got an email confirming delivery date and a courier tracking number. I had never heard of the courier "Deliveries King". Obviously it never arrived and I emailed Recordoffer who replied that because of courier issues they would give me a refund plus 20% in 5 workingdays. The 5 days isn't up yet but the chance of them refunding is zero.
