Recovery Inc Avis 

I’ve struggled with back issues for many years, including major surgery and a spinal fusion a few years ago. Recently, I experienced a painful flare-up and severe back spasm, so I reached out to Recovery Inc—and I’m so glad I did.

I was able to get an appointment with Tom the very next day. He took the time to have a thorough and thoughtful discussion about my medical history before carrying out a detailed assessment. His professionalism and depth of knowledge were immediately clear.

Tom then got to work on the problem area, not only helping to ease the physical pain in my back but also calming the stress and tension that came with it. I left feeling significantly better, both physically and mentally.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Recovery Inc to anyone dealing with back issues. Truly excellent care from start to finish.

I recently had an appointment at Recovery Inc while visiting from abroad and in significant pain. I was dealing with ongoing glute and piriformis discomfort and was hoping for a thorough assessment and potentially acupuncture, which had helped me previously.

While the therapist I saw was friendly and professional, I left with a diagnosis that turned out to be incorrect, as confirmed by a chiropractor I later saw, who diagnosed me with radiculopathy and piriformis involvement. The exercises I was given at Recovery Inc seemed to aggravate my symptoms further, and I’ve since been advised to completely rest to avoid worsening the injury.

I shared my feedback directly with the clinic, but I felt the response was more focused on defending the session than acknowledging the impact it had on me. While I understand that treatment approaches can vary, I believe my concerns about misdiagnosis and worsening symptoms were dismissed too easily.

Unfortunately, I’ve now been blocked on their social media, which was quite surprising and disappointing as I hadn’t posted anything public at that point. This has only further added to my concerns around transparency and customer care.

I’m writing this review to help others make an informed decision. This might not be everyone’s experience, but it was mine — and it’s important that it’s heard.

I saw Alex at the Leigh on sea clinic with a shoulder problem. He was very professional, really listened and understood how this was affecting my daily life. He identified the problem quickly taking the time to explain what has happened and came up with a plan which adapted to my day to day life. I have seen loads of improvement in pain and movement.

Had a exceptional experience with Maisie, had a sore calf in my left leg and she sorted that right out, couldn’t walk around/put pressure on it, after coming to see Maisie at her clinic she quickly identified the problem then after a massage it was gone the next day, very professional and lovely experience Maisie was great and so friendly, she was very knowledgeable and explained what caused the issue and how to go about avoiding it in the future, would highly recommend her and her team if your looking for a massage therapist, will defo be going back for more treatment!!!

Really pleasant experience working with Tom and his team. Each session is tailored to my specific needs, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. They take the time to thoroughly assess any issues and explain the treatment plan in a way that's easy to understand, which I really appreciate. Keep up the good work!
