I’ve been starting my day with these everyday since I purchased & they’re absolutely great. I use them for my morning gym sessions and honestly I love them! Variety pack is good so you can decide which flavour you like, my favourite is the mango one. Definitely would recommend because I’ve bought from larger brands, and they’ve tasted foul, but these are great! Got them on subscription now.

Delivery and customer service was great. I’m not a fan of the mango & orange flavour. I think they don’t taste as great as the mixed berries & cherry flavours, but I am willing to continue to try the flavours and hoping I’ll get use to it

i think all the flavours have the same sort off taste and consistency i personally don’t know if it’s just me but i do like them and i feel great after only a day off use but the flavours are kinda off putting maybe it’s just the flavours i trued

Was given sample mixed berry & orange, training for middle distance triathlon, lot of other rehydration drinks I feel are sickly after a longer distance. I’ve done a few longer distances using Recuperol and so far it’s been fantastic, not found it sweet at all.

I have been using recuperol for nearly 5 months. I started mounjaro and wanted to make sure I stayed hydrated. I take one every day and absolutely swear by them. The cherry is my favourite. Really happy and re-order monthly 😊

I used recuperol in my water bottles during the 65 mile etape loch Ness cycle event. It's tasty and I felt great. No issues with cramp during the event and my recovery after seemed quick. great company to deal with.
