Sehr übersichtliche und selbsterklärende Website. Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich wegen einiger Fragen vorab zum Vertrag telefonisch niemand erreichen konnte. Ansonsten unkompliziert.

Man wird in ein Abo rein gedrängt
Man wird in ein Abo rein gedrängt. Es ist nicht möglich nur die gesetzlich auferlegte Verpackungssteuer zu zahlen. Das Abo gehört dazu und man erkennt es nur wenn man die AGB liest. Ein Zahlungsdienstleister hängt auch noch dazwischen.
Sonst ist die Bezahlung recht einfach gehalten. Ist okay.

vielen Dank für deine Bewertung, du hast absolut recht, dass es sich bei dem Erwerb der Verpackungslizenz um eine Lizenzierung im Abo handelt. Gerne nehmen wir uns deine Bewertung zu Herzen und überarbeiten unsere Formulierungen, sodass die Lizenzierung im Abo eindeutiger herauszulesen ist.
Warum ein Abo? In den meisten Fällen bringen unsere Kunden nicht einmalig Verkaufsverpackungen in Umlauf, vielmehr ist dies ein jährlich wiederholender Prozess, sodass eine Abwicklung im Abo einen geringeren Arbeitsaufwand für unsere Kunden darstellt.
Solltest du dies nicht wünschen, kannst du dein Abo in deinem Kundenkonto unkompliziert, mit einem Klick, kündigen, bitte achte bei der Kündigung auf die in den AGBs hinterlegte Kündigungsfrist.

Man bekommt sofort und sehr nette Hilfe, wenn die Komputer nicht miteinander klarkommen und es bei der Buchung Probleme gibt.

Systembeteiligung - Der beste Preis für geringe Mengen Verpackungen
Ich finde das Angebot zur Systembeteiligung von Recycling Dual sehr fair und praktisch konkurrenzlos für das relativ kleine Volumen an Verpackungen, die mein Unternehmen in den Verkehr bringt. Wir bemühen uns vom Anfang an, umweltfreundliche Verpackungen zu verwenden, was auch der Philosophie von Ihrem Unternehmen entspricht.
Anmeldung und Meldung der Mengen fand ich unkompliziert. Ich bin also bisher sehr zufrieden und hoffe auf eine dauerhafte Kooperation, Danke!

Warning: Avoid This Company's Subscription Service - A Costly Mistake
I strongly advise against using this company's services. They lock you into a subscription without proper notification. In my case, crucial emails from them landed in my spam folder, resulting in me missing payments by over two months. Consequently, I was slapped with an additional charge of 130 euros by debt collectors, as their communication also ended up in spam. Despite explaining my situation to the company, they showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. It's evident that their customer service is lacking, and their practices seem dubious, bordering on scam-like behavior. If you value your money and peace of mind, steer clear of this company. Their disregard for customers' concerns and apparent indifference towards rectifying problems is alarming. I urge you not to support them with your hard-earned money, as there are surely better alternatives out there.

During the ordering process you will be informed several times that the order is a subscription order, so the product is already labeled as "System Participation (undated)". Furthermore, you must actively accept our GTCs during the ordering process; the conditions can be viewed transparently on our website at any time.
We understand that our attempts to communicate with you by email have ended up in your spam folder, this is beyond our control. As you mentioned that the debt collection company's communication attempts also ended up in your spam folder, we would ask you to check your spam settings and/or this folder regularly, as it is in your own interest to do so.
We have tried to contact you several times over a period of 6 months to clarify your situation. Unfortunately, our efforts have been unsuccessful.
We regret that you have been faced with additional costs as a result of the debt collection agency's intervention. We have no influence on the costs of the debt collection agency.We always endeavor to support our customers in the event of problems with payments, and early communication is crucial here.
We would like to reject the accusation of a lack of empathy and customer service. As previously explained, we always work hard to find a solution for our customers, but unfortunately the costs incurred can no longer be avoided at this late stage.
