I had a mixed experience with Recycling Bins via their website, recyclingbins.co.uk. The site is easy to navigate with clear pictures and descriptions, though the products might appear larger than they actually are. Delivery was quick and the bins arrived well-packaged, but the sizing discrepancy was a bit disappointing. Although the quality seems decent for the price and previous purchases have been satisfactory, there's room for improvement in product representation.

Thank you for your review, as a small business we take customer feedback extremely seriously. Constructive feedback provides us with the opportunity to make the service we deliver to customers better.
We are currently looking at a better system to show the sizes of our bins in situ to make it easier to identify the size of the bin you're after. However, there are limited options apart from the actual dimensions of the bin. Currently, we show all of the dimensions of our bins in the pictures provided as well as at the bottom of the product description to help customers get a visual of idea of the bin size before ordering. If you have any questions at all, our team are available by email, on the phone or on our live chat service.
We will keep working on improving our service and hopefully we will have improved in product representation on your next purchase,

Good choice of quality products
Descriptions on the website are matched well to the products so the perfect items are ordered first time round. They have bins to suit everyone and the ones I have ordered have got everyone recycling.
Products are great quality, delivery was quick and well packaged.
Customer service / after sales promptly emailed VAT invoices.
Definitely recommend and will use again.

Fantastic customer service from Dean today. I have a Braintumour, he was very considerate towards me. I needed some kitchen recycling bins for my rental property, I had seen some but didn’t know the sizes as I have a small kitchen, Dean suggested the stackable bins which have different coloured lids and stickers for the front, it was exactly what I was after. Dean talked me through getting them over the phone while I was on the website. Great job and thank you so much again

I have looked into this for you and can see you ordered past the cut-off on Wednesday, you were made aware first thing on Thursday that there was a slight delay and the products were dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. There should have been a note on the website informing of a slight delay in orders due to a warehouse move.
I again apologise for the delay you have experienced and I will ask our web team to investigate the reason you didn't see a note on our website.

I can see our team emailed you within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm there was a slight delay, there should have been a note on the website informing of a delay in orders due to a warehouse move. I apologise you didn't see this.
We would have been able to cancel your order at any point and offer a full refund, allowing you to source products elsewhere if you had wanted. I have checked the tracking and can see that it is with DPD and should be with you tomorrow morning. I have asked our customer service team to reach out to you directly with more help and information.

RECYCLING BINS
Web site is easy to use and products are clearly shown with good pictures and descriptions. Products can look a lot bigger than they actually are and although the sizes are printed, customers don't always get a tape measure and measure it out.

Very impressed with our new recycing bins. You can buy cheaper but these are worth the extra. Came really well packaged with fast delivery. Happy to recommend the product and the company.

Good Business to buy from.
Easy web site to navigate to find what I was looking for. Payment process straight forward and the bin arrived promptly and is of good quality for a good price. Second time I have purchased from this company and would happily purchase products from them if needed in the future.

Excellent service and product arrived really quickly and well packaged.
Would have been 5 stars but despite clicking to have the anthracite lids on the order page, when the order was completed, the lids were red. It's not a massive issue but not quite what I was after....
