Red Hall Hotel Avis 9

We stayed 2 nights 2 weeks ago for a wedding. Downstairs public areas lovely. Staff great. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Bedroom was tired and in need of decorating. Scuff marks on walls and mould in the bathroom was off putting. Not sure i would stay again.

Tired room in need of decoration. Heating in the room didn’t work. Little information available regarding hotel services.eg restaurant times. Arrived for breakfast only to be told that breakfast was now over, finishing one hour earlier on weekdays. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful meal. Amazing food, great service, friendly staff and superb atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Melange restaurant.

The hotel was lovely we went to a wedding there. The only thing was there was no mattress proctor or pillow proctor.

Red Hall Hotel provides a very comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms and cozy beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

My wife and I had lunch with our son's in-laws at the restaurant (Oscars). We all chose from the Festive Menu offering two or three courses at a fixed price for each and a choice of three items for each course.

More importantly, requiring gluten-free food, at least two of the items in each course had a GF option.

The food was excellent, the service was good and the price was reasonable.

If the regular menu also has a reasonable variety of GF options, this will become our preferred choice for dining out locally.

Attended a Christmas dinner event at the Red Hall with friends and having attended similar events in the past at other venues we weren’t holding out much hope of the food being good (as it’s a large catering event). However, to all our surprise it was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious!! The 3 courses were all served on time, the food was hot and portions were plentiful, well seasoned and very tasty; an excellent Christmas dinner.
In addition, the setting was lovely, relaxing and not overly crowded. For £35 it was excellent value for money!

Had Afternoon Tea at Red Hall yesterday Scones and cake’s lovely but sandwiches very disappointing Ham and Beef sandwiches were made of the cheapest and thinnest meats would expect quality meats at the price paid

As a wedding photographer, I have had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at the Red Hall Hotel in Bury, Lancashire. The hotel's location near Manchester and Rochdale is perfect for wedding couples who want easy access to the city while still enjoying a peaceful and serene environment. The excellent motorway links make it one of the most accessible Manchester hotels, which is a big plus for wedding guests coming from other towns such as Blackpool, Southport, and the Lake District.
The hotel's location provides a great backdrop for wedding photography. I was able to take advantage of the hotel's charming surroundings and capture some stunning images for the happy couple. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made the wedding day flow smoothly and made it a breeze for me to capture every special moment.
Overall, I highly recommend the Red Hall Hotel as a wedding venue for couples who are looking for a convenient and comfortable venue for their special day. The hotel's location, excellent amenities, and friendly staff make it a great choice for anyone looking to tie the knot in the Manchester area.
