We have been very happy with Redbridge. From our initial contact with them to the final installation and after care they have been efficient and courteous throughout. I include in this review the scaffolders and Sophie in the office. Thank you Redbridge.

We have been very impressed with the whole service provided by Lee and his team. No question was too stupid to ask! We are very happy with how tidy and quickly the installation was carried out. We would highly recommend Redbridge & Sons.

Lee and his team were excellent from start to finish when supplying and installing our Solar Panels.

They were knowledgable and informative when quoting and spent time with us offering advice and recommendations. There was no hard selling when we took a little time to make our decision which was appreciated.

The price was great, and although it wasn't a huge system it was perfect for our home.

The quality of the job was excellent and the after care support fantastic too.

We cannot recommend Redbridge more highly and we look forward to using them again when we purchase the storage batteries for our Solar Panels.

Just excellent from start to finish!

Redbridge has done an excellent job, from detailed plan to efficient installation of solar panals and battery.
My neighbour had solar panels installed in 2011 and recommended his company. They no longer do domestic installations but referred me to Redbridge who have exceeded my expectations, not least in the speed with which the installation happened - about 6 weeks from initial enquiry. Lee, Jason and Sophie addressed all my questions with clarity. On the installation day 3 roofers and 4 electricians seemed to work seamlessly to produce a very tidy, well organised installation that was generating electricity by 3 pm and they had finished by 4.15. Their clearing up (including hoovering around the areas indoors where they made the internal connections with the consumer unit etc) was impressive. The guys were all very amiable and the chief electrician talked me through the setup and the App such that I grasped the salient details easily.
I am very satisfied indeed.

Great experience from start to finish. Lee was really friendly, able to pop out to talk us through different solar options and the quote arrived the same day. We had a separate scaffolding, roofing and electrical team and all the lads arrived when they said they would and worked hard to get everything done - the majority of the install was complete in a single day. Really impressed with the speed, quality and price from Redbridge. Great to be be generating and storing lovely free zero carbon energy from the sun.

We would like to place on record our deep satisfaction with the manner in which the installation of our Solar PV System was undertaken by Redbridge & Sons Ltd on Wednesday 7th June 2023, 2 days ahead of our originally agreed date.

We were very impressed with the coordination of the install and in particular with speed and efficiency of Matt and the entire team who undertook the work. All of the Electricians and Roofing team were very polite and diligent in the manner in which they undertook the work with care and left our property in a very clean and tidy state upon completion.

The commissioning of the system, the hand over and the operating information provided by Matt relating to the use of the system and the GivEnergy App was very clear, informative and reassuring.

In our view, the entire purchasing and installation process has been smooth and stress free from start to finish with very good and clear communication provided from the company throughout.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Lee, Jason, Sophie and Julie who have all demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism and understanding throughout the process. They have provided exceptional service and are all a credit to the company.

We would have no hesitation in providing recommendations to any other potential customers. Indeed two of our immediate neighbours have already asked for the company’s details which we have been happy to provide.

From start to finish we were very impressed with how smoothly the installation went and how easy it was to have an extra panel added.
The workmen were all very polite and professional and left the areas clean and tidy, nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

I didn't get the opportunity to meet or speak to them as I was at work, however, my brother was here to "oversee" the work (ex Project Manager 🤦🏻‍♀️) and he was genuinely impressed with the work carried out.

It was great work carried out by everyone, the scaffolders, electricians and fitters. They didn't have the best of weather to do it either! Clean, tidy, courteous and considerate. Would definitely be recommending them to everyone in the road!

We had been considering having solar panels for a while.
We were in fact recommended to Redbridge by another company.
All the way through from quotation stage to the post installation support has been excellent.
Jason the surveyor visited and was very professional and helpful. The original plan was to have 17 x 400 w panels and, in the end, we had 15 x 425w panels.
On the day of installation, it was all hands on deck with scaffolders, electricians, and roofers.
The installation went well and after some initial teething troubles with the app and monitoring of the power. All went well.
Throughout the whole process Lee the MD, James and Jason have been more than helpful.
We also felt thar the price was very competitive too.
Be warned, it’s very addictive watching the power being generated from the panels via the app!
We have already recommended Redbridge to several people.

We wanted solar panel and battery setup to minimise our reliance on the network and that was able to cope with power outages. Redbridge provided us with clear, well laid out initial appraisals that were honed after a site visit to give us something that best suited our needs; rather than the over-engineered system that I thought I needed, after hours of YouTube research! I was happy with the costings and they were able to arrange a date for the installation very quickly.
Scaffolder arrive a few days in advance to prepare things and the team that turned up on the day were cheerful, professional and clearly competent; addressing the particular challenges they encountered and keeping us in the loop as they went.
They left the place tidy and with as little collateral damage as you could hope for.
The system is now up and running and monitoring it via the app has become a minor obsession.
I would thoroughly recommend.

Redbridge's directly-employed personnel were great: professional efficient, tidy and very helpful.
However, their contracted scaffolders left several broken tiles, which Redbridge have failed to replace months after we raised the issue - despite promises that they would rectify it.

Booked a survey for solar & batteries a month in advance. On the day, no one showed up.
Tried to contact them to let them know, not even a reply.

I know companies like that are now busy and some of them don't even accept new clients, but not even replying and missing a meeting already arranged is very poor.

Edit: Lee got in touch and explained what happened, offering another appointment. Very much appreciated.

I used Redbridge and Sons for my solar + battery installation, integrating to an existing Zappi charger. The team were friendly, helpful and professional, dealing with supply chain issues and teething problems brilliantly. I recommend them.
