Red Carpet Ready Avis 

Not the service or experience we were expecting. Very busy and very rushed. People everywhere and rushing to select dresses once 'released' from the waiting room and group talk/introduction. The person helping to 'dress' our daughter was nowhere to be seen most of the time. She wasn't available to help our daughter into or do up any of the dresses and this was done by myself. The 'showrooms are not as we expected, small and several outside gazeebos. Not a personal service at all, so don't go if that's what you're hoping for.

I went on the weekend in a morning slot, had the best service from raine. She helped me pick my dress but also gave me a load of options too, couldnt of asked for more and so grateful. Such a beautiful place too

We arrived and was greeted by the lovely staff at rcr.
Amelia was our host and she was so lovely and very helpful 😊
Hundreds of dresses to choose from and all very beautiful 😍
Would definitely recommend.

had an amazing experience at red carpet ready, it was such a great experience and set out lovely. we were served by Nicole who was lovely and welcoming and our stylist raine was great she was kind and listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me pick out a perfect dress. I would 100 percent recommend thank youuu.

Shauna and Georgie were really good, they knew what they were doing and recommended different styles and had a really good selection. They had dresses in loads of sizes and really reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend.

Had such a great experience at Red Carpet Ready. The staff were lovely especially Shauna and Georgia they made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked through the doors. They had an unreal selection of dresses with a huge variety of dresses for all budgets. I noticed they had loads of different sizes which was nice to see somewhere being so inclusive. Would deffo recommend.

Thank you for the experience. Evie walked out of there feeling like the dress she picked was made for her. Shauna her stylist never stopped still!! making sure Evie and another girl could try as many dresses on as possible. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot wait for her beautiful dress to come.

We took my neice Millie to find her 2027 prom dress yesterday (29.08.26).
From start to finish the experience was amazing and Millie felt like a princess. Abbie on reception gave a fantastic introduction and service at the end and Shauna was incredible when finding Millies perfect dress. Would highly recommend all of the team and Millie said YES to the dress ❤️

We visited Sat 29.8.26 and what an experience my daughter had Camilla made her feel like a princess she was amazing thanks so much for all your help. Nicole on the desk was really helpful too.

I had an appointment with the amazing Shauna and she was absolutely brilliant start to finish! She made sure we had everything we needed and helped me to find my dream prom dress, we will definitely be back & highly recommend Shauna as a stylist!

Had a great time with my daughter at Red Carpet Ready. All the staff were so helpful, Shauna my daughters stylist found us the perfect dress. The shopping venue was amazing and they had so many sizes available up to a 32! Recommend 100%!

Wow we drove 3 hours and we had the best time at Red Carpet Ready. I can’t get over the selection of dresses they had, literally had whatever you could think of and the shopping venue is just amazing. We visited RCR for prom dress shopping for my daughter. What an experience. We had - great time. Everything was so organised and every detail was carefully thought of. The dress selection was amazing and you won’t walk out empty handed. There was something for everyone. Our assistant Emily was amazing. From making my daughter feel comfortable and listening to exactly what she liked and didn’t like. Emily was the one that found the dress my daughter was looking for and she loves it. Thank you Emily 🥰

The dresses were absolutely beautiful.Lost of styles to choose for and they have their own RCR range which means dresses are exclusive to them. I walked in knowing I wanted a big poofy dress and said yes to the dress to what I wanted I always thought I’d go for a green or a baby blue instead I walked away with a massive silver dress for their exclusive range. My experience was amazing and Emily massively helped choosing styles and colours I liked and she helped me do up the dresses and looking for accessories

We had a great experience with the amazing Charlotte, we drove just over 2hours to get here as it was the number one place my daughter wanted to go for her dress, my daughter really enjoyed her time, and got her dream dress 🥰 would highly recommend, the dresses and setup there is stunning thanks for a lovely time

Wow what a fabulous experience we had picking a prom dress for my daughter for 2027, Lola our stylist was absolutely amazing in the whole process very professional and so helpful with giving further options and organising other dresses been brought to us to finally get to the ONE. Lola answered all our questions with great confidence and made the experience amazing 👏
The whole set up here is beautiful and staff explain everything really well before you go off to select your dresses to try on.
I would 100% recommend RCR to anyone looking for pron dress with a fabulous experience 🥰
