Stay well away from this site. I’m a member of many sites and I have never in all my years of gambling experienced anything as bad as this site. I fully understand how gambling works and this far from fair. They need investigating. I’m going to raise an issue with the gambling commission so this site gets looked in to before many more people get scammed by unfair play. RNG is non existent.. as an experiment I play over 300 spins on one slot, I received 1 bonus in those spins and it paid 2x. Over 1000 spins played across multiple games. Biggest win 15x. 3 bonuses in total. 2x, 5x and a 7x win. Don’t receive my welcome free spins bonus. Had to send an email to which I’ll have to wait days for a reply. I’ve never seen a site operate so poorly in fair play. I will not be returning to this site. Please all that read this stay well away. There are much better sites out there.

Won £280 but they won’t let me withdraw im limited to what I can withdraw because I got a new card. Not had this problem with other casinos. Once I receive my winnings I will be closing my account. Scam site will take your money but won’t let you withdraw your winnings

They will happily pay out a small amount, but suddenly have issues with verification for larger amounts. They will gaslight you, while you're literally holding your ID next to your face in perfect lighting with nothing covered. Asking for ID only when requesting a withdrawal is against the rules and they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action. The bonuses from deposit go to a specific "My Bonuses" menu or something like that, after you have deposited and will not show up in offers. But they do credit them, they are just hard to find with their UI. With how common of an issue it is, support was useless and did not explain where exactly to claim them. I found it by accident.... Otherwise not a bad casino

Use various sites online and by no measure this is by far the worst online Casio I’ve been on, playing at stakes of £50 to over £100 on blackjack and roulette no issues whatsoever I was down quiet a bit and had £140 left on my account which I placed on roulette for them to then refuse the bet as my number had landed with £18 (coincidentally) and on live chat where I raised the issue the response was lower your stake there’s nothing o can do for you, losing is all part of gambling which I understand by no issues arose when I was losing no glitches no nothing but as soon as I land one it’s just naw sorry, disgrace of a site.

They sending you promotional emails offering X amount of spins for X amount of money and somehow it NEVER gets credited. Customer service!? Horrendous - have lower RTPs that most other websites, with most well known games sitting around the 90% mark - this should be advertised better.
