A poor excuse for a company
A poor excuse for a company. I made a purchase on 31 October 2021 and paid for USPS expedited shipping, because it had to arrive no later than 08 November 2021 to a hotel my relative was staying at. The order took 5x business days to "process" and was finally shipped out on 06 November 2021. USPS "forwarded" my package to an unknown address, which delayed the package delivery by a day. My relative informed the front desk to reject the package (they left the morning of 09 November 2021, package arrived in the evening 09 November 2021), but hotel staff accepted it regardless. Now my package is stuck in a hotel, unable to be returned/refunded, and my relative is back in their home country.
Scaling it down to Redcon1, I was dialing their customer service throughout the week of "processing" to place emphasis that I need it shipped out no later than 05 November 2021 in order for it to arrive in time to the destination. I gave them my circumstances, and of course, the staff provided me cookie-cutter responses, stating they could not prioritize it, or cancel the order. If the order had been "processed" in accordance with my timing, a relatively reasonable one, I would not have encountered my two follow-on issues and would have received my order on time. I'll highlight, that any reasonable company would have understood my circumstances, and that I have never in my life seen something take more than 2x days to "process" prior to shipping. What's the point of paying extra for fast shipping if the company itself is the bottleneck?

Unbelievably poor customer service
Unbelievably poor customer service! I placed an order that gave 3 free items but once the weekend discount had been applied right at the end of the transaction it made the free items become chargeable and increased my costs by 50%. I contacted the customer service team within 10 minutes via the live chat and was told the order had already been picked and processed so could not be cancelled or amended. The responses from the so called customer care were abrupt and rude. I now sit and wait to see if I get a refund for the order and to see if they reroute the order back to themselves for me to get a refund. I am not hopeful

Terrible service waiting over two weeks for my order. Communication with customer service is awful they wont tell me where my order is.

I think that their business model is to book a load of pick ups in one day and only pick up the ones that suit them on the day.
That's why there's a number of reviews where they just haven't turned up.
Which is what happened to us. No call, no emails, just didn't turn up.

Poor Customer Service on Offers
So it says in their text and email that I get a 40% discount for signing up. In fine print at the bottom are all these exclusions on what you can use it for. So basically you can have 40% off of any of the old stuff that isn't selling and nobody wants. It actually said "No new items" But you cannot decipher what is really old or new. So you get to checkout and it says discount cannot be used because one of the items in your cart is not eligible. Which item? It doesn't say. Wasted half an hour and then got standard packaged responses from customer service. Sorry. Sorry you lost a customer.
Terrible
Terrible, placed order 10th December and I still haven’t received my items (23rd today). I have tried contacting Redcon1 twice through the customer service email and the most I have received is an automated acknowledgment stating they will respond within 24hrs, needless to say they didn’t.
DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS
Customer service is a joke, placing an order is a joke. I placed an order at the end of November and now it is the end of December with products being shipped. They did not get in contact with me, I had to get in contact with them ony to find out my order was flagged as fraud even though they already received payment for my order when I placed it (at the end of November. I’ve called them several times already and now they’ve stated that it might be processed now except there’s been no update at all with the delivery, in other words nothing is happening with my order at all, I’m still here waiting for no delivery. Emails and calling has not worked at all for this company, I’ve finalky just checked my phone costs and it seems I’ve accumulated £25 of minutes cost by calling this company as I’m based on the UK. I will not buy from this company again it is not worth the time and costs. I am considering doing a charge back as it seems there’s no progress on my order and I will use dynamik muscles supplements in the future as even though their shipping costed more, in total it will cost less as I wouldn’t have troubles with my order and wouldn’t be required to call their customer service adding on over £20 of minutes. Also as there’s no movement in my order I may have to call them again with means the total charge for minutes most likely will go over £30 just to get my product shipped to me (if it ever does get shipped before I use chargeback).
