Losers. Do not waste your money or time. I did so that you don’t have to do so.

Awful quality

Awful quality, ironically the worst dog tag I’ve ever had! Engraving isn’t particularly visible, even less so now it’s 12 months old, and the tag itself has lost a massive chunk of the ceramic part.

Jeg synes, at leveringstiden er alt for lang. Jeg bestilte d. 15. December og har stadig ikke modtaget mine hundetegn. Håber da virkelig, at jeg ikke er blevet snydt!

Har precis fått min hunds namnbricka…

Har precis fått min hunds namnbricka och jag är supernöjd med allt från hur lätt det var att beställa, informationen under tiden tills jag fick den och hur fin och gedigen den är. Jag har köpt namnbrickor från flera andra företag och fått vänta veckovis på leverans, inte kunnat få tag på vettig person på kundtjänst och sedan fått en namnbricka vars kvalité var riktigt usel. Kommer absolut beställa fler saker från Red Dingo

Beautiful!

I love my dog tags! I also love that they have a lifetime guarantee. Their customer service is really responsive-they helped me out straight away. I got a blue one and a red one for my two boys. I have hearts on one side and then on the other side the dogs’ names, mob number and the word “microchipped”. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have put their names on the tags as it can aid people who want to steal your dog.

Jeg afleverede min hunds hundetegn ved…

Jeg afleverede min hunds hundetegn ved dyrlægen hvor jeg havde købt det.
Skriften skulle holde hele livet lovede Red Dingo, men min hund er 4 år og man kunne ikke se hvad der stod på det.
Dyrlægen fik at vide af Red Dingo at de bare skulle sende det og det ville blive i graveret igen.
Men da jeg har fået ny adresse siden jeg købte tegnet vil de ikke lave ny indgravering, heller ikke hvis de bare skulle skrive hans navn og mit telefonnummer... Sikke en dårlig behandling.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Our policy for replacement tags under our lifetime guarantee is that they are re-supplied with the same engraving as originally ordered.

This is to prevent customers claiming a free 'replacement' ID tag when they move addresses or change phone numbers.

Shame about the delivery times

I love Red Dingo products, I’ve tried loads of dog leads and collars over the years and you can’t beat Red Dingo. Now my dog is fully grown, I decided to order her a lead and collar for her for Christmas. However, on the website it’s not transparent about how long it will take to arrive. I ordered them on 13th Dec, and as of 21st Dec, it hasn’t yet arrived in the UK according to the Royal Mail tracking number I have been given. It’s maybe not hugely important for it to arrive before Christmas Day, my dog won’t know lol. But I do take issue with the fact that they don’t disclose any info at all about how long it will take to arrive. It makes me wonder if Red Dingo need to rethink finding UK stockists for their full range so that customers don’t have to buy directly from them abroad.

Hi Sara, thank you for the feedback. We use different carriers to locations around the world, any many of these services do not provide accurate delivery times for international services. We are working to have better transparency around delivery times for key countries listed on our website without misleading shoppers, and we hope to have this live soon.

Beware of the color in the pictures

I have ordered many times from Red Dingo and have always been happy with the products. When I ordered this time, the tags were not what was pictured on the website, specifically the duck, monkey, and American Flag. What shows as white in the picture is actually silver. The American Flag is Red, Blue, and Silver? The duck's eye looks comically large because the silver blends with the black pupil and distorts it. The monkey just looks spooky. Not the playful look depicted on the website. So disappointed. They haven't even responded to my email from 2 days ago.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. White areas on our designs are filled with a white enamel. Any part of the designs displayed in silver/grey is stainless steel.

The enamel colors need to be separated with stainless steel (silver) to prevent the colors mixing. Unfortunately this does mean the US flag is Red, Blue & Silver, however it's still one of our most popular designs!

Very impressed

Very impressed - everything I have ordered so far has been of super quality. The after sales service was excellent when the lead I had ordered was too big for my dog but they were very happy to replace it with a smaller one. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Fantastic arrived quickly great product

Fantastic arrived quickly great engraving. They even sent me two ( I only ordered one ) One of them they weren't happy with the positioning of the engraving so they corrected it and sent me both. Both are great.
Definitely recommend

POOR DESIGN FOR ATTACHING TAG

Here’s an idea… how about you hire someone with a brain to figure out an EASY way to attach the tag to the collar. Attaching the tag to the collar is very frustrating. Apparently, your company has heard this complaint MANY times and still you do nothing. Very poor design.

Hi Dan, you can use the included split ring to attach the tag to a collar. Our split rings are durable to ensure the ID tag doesn't fall off with use. I would give less if possible

I would give less if possible. I ordered a dog tag with crystals in & when it arrived it was spelt wrong in the only two words they had to engrave which were spayed & microchipped - I got speyed & microhipped
Tried ringing the London number but no answer just told to go on line. I sent a mail with photo - nothing. In the end I went back to the vet that I paid to do this order. They are trying to get this sorted.
I cannot believe that the only 2 words they needed to engrave which are surely the usual words on thousands of tags & they couldn’t even get that right.
I wouldn’t waste your money.

Hi Lesley, sorry to hear about your experience. Mistakes can happen when dealing with a high volume of data entry, in this case one mistake was by us and the other is how we received it from your vet.

Our tags come with instructions for how to lodge a Tag Correction Form online, or you can choose to contact one of our offices. I can see that our team has sent you a new tag with the correct engraving on the 5th December and I hope you are happy with your replacement.

Is the site trustworthy

Could someone please tell me how on earth do you get red dingo to respond to a query , I have emailed them twice, can’t find a number to call, have been awaiting my order fir over a week with no knowledge whether it’s coming or not , it says sent on status but have received nothing ! Wondering if this site is actually genuine

You placed an order for an ID tag on the 28th August and our team engraved and sent it on the 30th August - you will need to wait longer than a day for it to arrive.

Jeg kan varmt anbefale reddingo super god service og rigtig god kvalitet af hundetegn, og det er ikke først gang jeg bestiller. Skal du have en hundetegn Så skal du bare købe dem fra reddingo.

I can highly recommend reddingo super good service and really good quality of dog tags and this is not the first time I order. If you need a dog tag then just buy them from reddingo.
