Red Dog Saloon Avis 

Terrible service. Ordered 4 burger meals from this resteraunt via uber eats. Almost £50 spent .delivered by a cyclist when food arrived only 1 incorrect burger arrived cold and inedible. Cyclist tried to give me a refund he could not. 3 phone calls later to resteraunt them saying they can't do anything as uts users fault! Yet obviously they sent wrong food.still unable to get my refund after emails to ubereats were they inform me to contact resteraunt. I niw believe this place scams customers out of money in this method .After checking online today I have seen other people had same thing happen. Stear clear of this place

I really really love this place. The Hoxton bar is great, the food is amazing. Or should I say usually?
I want to give a 1star review after our experience today. But I like the place too much.
As we sat down in our booth, as a fat bloke I hate booths and I’m sure it’s done on purpose, we were informed that the entirety of the BBQ menu was off. The smoker had gone out over night and nothing had cooked. As an avid BBQ smoker I can only imagine someone wasn’t watching it. I smoke meat for up to 10 hours and constantly monitor the fire. For a BBQ restaurant this is a massive fail. It’s a near 4 hour round trip to visit our fav place and they have no Q to eat. This also counted out half their burgers as they have smoked meats in them. Whoever didn’t attend the fire must hang their head in shame. A pitmaster that lets their fire go out. 0 stars.

I used the one in Southampton before the lock down and was reasonably impressed...but I went again yesterday and I have to say...it was shockingly bad. Over priced for tiny amounts of food ...terrible service ....missing orders and it was cold.
It felt like they had massively reduced the amount of food being served and upped the price.
I definitely won’t go back

Fuming. Missing 3 drinks. I ordered portion of chicken fillets and nachos for my meal - chicken fillets were missing so my dinner was nachos🤷🏻‍♀️ Kept phoning to complain/ request the missing food and no one even answered!

Buyer beware. Takeaway orders will be missing ingredients and will also have ingredients not advertised. Ordered a take away from uber eats. Food arrived with ingredients missing and also ingredients added that were not listed. Food was dramatically not as described and poor value for money. Eat somewhere else.

Descriptions on menu aren't accurate, husband's sandwich had extra ingredients added (which he can't eat due to dietary intolerance), my salad had several ingredients missing. The meat was refrigerated and was still fridge temperature, not what you expect from a BBQ food outlet... Absolute joke, how can you get it SO wrong?

Ordered a £54 meal form their Nottingham branch, the driver delivered it to the wrong house, the drive did not even check the details, Red Dog S said it had nothing to do with them it was deliveroo, but Red Dog took the order? and our money, Red Dog did not offer to re-send the order, they made it so we could not re-order and they did not apologise, let hope we get a re-found!

All round bad severs!

The restaurant in Liverpool is so dirty. I won't go into detail as to what happened to me but I have reported them to the food standards authority.

Shocking !
I went there 2pm (06/02/18).
The burger was cold - a cold pink burger. I could imagine it was scraped out of a tin. The establishment is pricey, I expected something a bit special.
I complained and was offered a sausage as compensation but I was no longer hungry. I believe the fault lay with the 'chef'.
Based on that experience I will not be going again - shame for the owners, maybe they need to do spot checks - send someone in as a customer.
