Redex Avis 

My experience with Redex was absolutely terrible. The eSIM provided virtually no coverage, making it impossible to use the internet reliably during my trip to Peru. This was incredibly frustrating, especially when I was relying on the eSIM for basic connectivity and navigation.

To make matters worse, the eSIM came with a French phone number instead of a Peruvian number, which was not what I expected or needed for my trip.

Overall, the service did not meet my expectations at all. I would not use Redex again and will never use their services in the future. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need a reliable eSIM while traveling in Peru.

Does not pay vendors and steals from content creators!

I worked with this company and provided marketing services and content for them. They took my creative work never paid me and continue to ignore every email and invoice since November 2025.

I have sent them to collections and retained legal representation, but CREATORS AND VENDORS BEWARE!!

I followed the instruction to topup the existing service, but I waited for 2 hrs, and the service didn't extend. I topup again, and not working. So I submitted a new eSim and it worked instantly. If the topup is not working, please don't provide it.
please also refund my 2 times topup ($1.81 X 2=$3.62 USD).

Good connection

I had a problem with the eSIM order.
I opened an order support consultation ticket. 17 days have passed and nobody has answered my ticket.

Redex eSIM worked in Egypt, but the data connection was much slower than another eSIM we used at the same time. The worst experience was at the airport, where I had very poor connectivity, while my wife's eSIM had full signal and worked perfectly. Overall, the service was usable, but the network performance was disappointing compared to competitors.

Great, worked just fine.

Easy to sign up, some of the best pricing on the market, lots of different plans to choose from. Clear setup instructions, everything worked as expected.
