The software works great

The software works great. The combination of incident prediction and human data validation is catching cases we completely missed before. Our account manager is so nice and very attentive.

Our team had a steep learning curve dealing with the platform's custom rules framework, and onboarding took a lot of back-and-forth. It’s effective, but be ready to put in some setup hours initially.

Basically

Basically, targeting individual listings is a waste of internal resources it's just impossible to keep up. They link the bad sellers together so we can hit the actual repeat offenders using seller risk re-scoring, which is a tool that we never had before. Really game changing for us.

Honestly

Honestly, we were skeptical because our last tool was a total money pit that just sent us endless spreadsheets, but didn't actually took anything down for us. This platform actually handles the problem, and our internal team isn't losing half their week to do manual verification anymore.

This company uses automated bots to takedown items it thinks are fake....in the process removes more real items than fake ones and gets sellers in trouble. Ebay/Amazon/Vinted/Etsy etc can do nothing since they are acting on behalf of the first party. This company violates consumer protection laws

We had a massive surge of rogue sellers targeting our EU distribution channels. The team picked it up quickly. Enforcement is fast, and we have much more control of our distribution and regional prices. We're very happy with the turnaround.

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner un 0. Basicamente es una empresa que engaña, te hacen pagar mas de 2.000€ al mes para no hacer nada y encima te obligan a quedarte con ellos. Pésimo servicio. Encima nos quejamos y nos dijeron que nos iban a poner una persona nueva y era peor que la anterior. No hacen nada y te cobran mucho, os lo podéis ahorrar.

We were spending too much time removing listings one by one without really changing the underlying problem. The seller view helped us see which accounts kept returning and where stronger action was worth the effort. It has made our enforcement decisions much more focused.

Their Customer Success team has been…

Their Customer Success team has been excellent. What I appreciate most is that they do not just send us platform reports and wait for questions. They come to us when they notice something changing, whether it is a new seller pattern, a channel gaining importance, or a product attracting more abuse. That makes the relationship feel much more proactive.

Our catalogue is complex and the risk…

Our catalogue is complex and the risk is very different depending on the product and market. What has worked well is that the setup has kept evolving instead of staying fixed after onboarding. When our priorities change, the team adjusts with us. It took some work to get there, but we now have a much more focused enforcement programme.

Honestly

Honestly, if you've done IP enforcement, you know how frustrating it is when obvious fakes stay live because the seller avoids using the brand name. That was one of the biggest improvements for us. We started finding cases hidden in the imagery or product itself, not just the listing text. It has taken a lot of manual searching away from our legal team.

Terrible system

Terrible system. I was banned from Vinted for selling a shirt I bought from Selfridges. I provided Vinted with the receipt and proof of authenticity, but they told me to contact the company directly. I emailed the company with all the evidence, but they never responded. Because of this company, my 5-star rated account ended up banned.

Banned from Vinted because of misplaced intervention

Their intervention caused a 30 day ban from Vinted for me for allegedly posting a counterfeit Fear of God item. I contested it and Fear of God team requested for my account to be reinstated. No apologies from the company. Never received an explanation why they reported me in the first place.

Claimed an authentic item (used) was counterfeit which I have receipts for

Removed an item I had for sale from a selling platform I run My business on, the item was purchased in a sale from the manufacturers retail store directly I wasn’t aware they counterfeited their own items to sell in their shops!!! The AI bots put my business at risk for an authentic item can’t get hold of anyone to file a complaint, awful fraudulent company.

So, i have left one review already, but guys do not stop playing with AI and blocked my account on Vinted stating i am selling fake products (ordered on official site). So i do not stop leaving them relevant review.

Read this before deciding to work with them

As part of the agreement, we were required to prepay approximately €34,000 upfront for a 12-month service. However, from the beginning, the core functionality (image detection and enforcement) did not work as expected.

During onboarding and for several months after, key parts of the service were still not properly set up, and we repeatedly found identical uses of our images online that were not detected by the system. These issues were documented and shared with Red Points multiple times.

What is most concerning is the lack of response when trying to resolve the situation. Despite multiple follow-ups and a formal legal notice sent through our lawyer, we have not received any response.

We would have preferred to resolve this commercially, but unfortunately that has not been possible so far.
