Switching precious metal Company with my invested Silver and Gold coins
I invested in Silver and Gold coins with another precious metals company over 4 years ago. The customer service after the purchase was almost non-existent and my contacts were hard to get a hold of by both phone calls and email messages. I was searching for a new precious metals company and Luiz De Souza called me. He listened to my situation and what my coin portfolio was, where stored and how dissatisfied I was with the customer service that I was getting with the previous company. He explained the Red State Gold Group mission and how they are Veteran owned and are focused on customer service. He helped me to understand what I needed to do and walked me through each step to switch companies and transfer all my assets into a new Self-Directed IRA. I also have Andrew Angulo on my team and I can contact them both by phone, text and email. Once my coins were fully transferred to my new IRA, Andrew provided a strategy to upgrade my existing coins into higher quality Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) coins. Both Luiz and Andrew have been very professional, prompt, respectful and helpful throughout both transfer transactions. My experience with RSG has been exceptional and I would highly recommend RSG to anyone looking to invest in Silver and Gold coins.
