I’ve recently supported several clients through the ReechUs app, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. People are genuinely relieved to find the support they need, and to access it directly through work makes it even more accessible and timely.
The app makes everything simple. Clients love the ease of booking and the fact that they can have confidential video sessions with their counsellor from wherever they feel safe. It's a seamless and genuinely supportive experience.

I was first approached by ReechUs in May 2024 regarding the opportunity to join their therapeutic team as an affiliate member. I work with ReechUs as a parental support coach. The passion that Jamie and Hannah have for wellbeing in the workplace is inspiring and it was the biggest motivation behind me wanting to join the team.

Earlier this year, I worked with a ReechUs Trainer to address debilitating back pain that made movement nearly impossible on some days. We assessed my situation, reworked my movement patterns from the ground up, and gradually increased resistance. I now experience no back pain and can perform my job without any issues. Thank you Jamie, you made my life great again :)

The ReechUs team are fantastic! I’ve been training with them for just over a year and my programme has been challenging, varied and delivered fantastic results. All nutrition and activity is tracked and monitored which means it’s super easy to see your progress and stay motivated. The trainers are the best of the best, very knowledgable and incredibly supportive. Since using ReechUs my diet has improved vastly, my body has got stronger and I’ve become more confident!

I’ve worked with one of the ReechUs trainers since June of last year. At the time, I was overweight, overeating, unmotivated and on a downward spiral. In the year since, my transformation is hard to believe. I’m at my optimum weight now, eating a balanced diet (mostly!) and really enjoying my work in the gym. My training programme is changed monthly, keeping me motivated. Everything is monitored and recorded so as well as seeing the physical changes I can see why they are happening. I can’t recommend the team at ReechUs highly enough.
