The gave me a prompt response to my request with no issues and funds were paid in to my bank the same day. No jargon application with documentation to email with full details of repayment schedule which made me feel totally in control. Highly recommended to others.

Had to go into a difficult repayment plan
Was late repaying loans as I ran into money problems, which I get is my fault but then had to go into a 3 month repayment plan which meant I have had to delay paying my house bills and change my agreements for energy and council tax in order to avoid reevo putting a default on my credit file, so ended up having to to pay 100 a month more than I could really afford at a time when money is tight.
Assumed I could do something more affordable - my own fault for not paying on time and then leaving it too late, but no help from reevo. They also said they emailed me with a default notice but I dont seem to have received it. Which is worrying because of how important it is.
Rates were fine and staff were friendly though.
Edit: I'm not calling you for a 4th time just so your staff can tell me the same thing. I already delayed payments to make way for this one. Your staff said they would call me before to sort something out, and then they didn't.
