Everything failed
Everything failed. The loan was meant to help me but it ended making me insecure about money.
Their system doesn’t work, so you’re getting chased while ahead of schedule. And then again after you take that phone call. It’s all very stressful.
They contacted me constantly during a Breathing Space period I requested. I complained and we settled. Then, they continued contacting me after the settlement and refused to accept another complaint.
I’m very glad I paid it off before schedule, because I simply cannot deal with them any longer.
