Errors need to be dealt with better

The system seems to work okay, but I constantly get messages to say that a message has failed and when i follow it up, ReferralNet tell me to ignore them, the message has been sent and it's a glitch in the system. What the!!! It's been like this for at least 2 years - it should have been fixed by now. Not really good enough.

If you haven’t already, please ensure a support ticket has been logged in our system so that our team can assist and provide you with an update. If you have already, and the issue has been resolved, someone from our team will be in touch soon to let you know.

Unfortunately, we do sometimes encounter issues related to how secure messaging works within your clinical system and not as a separate platform. However, rest assured we are continually optimising the integrations to ensure a smooth workflow for users.

We would love to be able to improve your rating of our system once these issues are resolved.

We have had issue for over a week now

We have had issue for over a week now - despite repeated emails and phone calls we are still waiting for the problem to be fixed.

I have Referalnet as a part of Halaxy.

I have Referalnet as a part of Halaxy.
Despite advertising this way of communicating securely -GP 's have failled to use this service to contact me.I have therefore not found the service useful.

Frustrating

BPS update has caused all sorts of problems for Practices whether they are using Best Practice Software or not
Processing incomings is now extremely time consuming (3 copies arrive with different extensions that need to be opened and saved twice before we have a format that can be imported successfully to our practice software)
Lengthy delay in delivery (possibly up to12 hours) of outgoings via Agent Packer
No longer able to send to healthcare providers using Argus only, whereas could previously
Unable to be 100% confident that correspondence +/- results are being received by those we send to, or, that all correspondence, results and referrals being sent to us are actually arriving.

Thankyou for taking some time to leave us some feedback. We recognise that there have been some hurdles with the new Best Practice Software and the impact it has had on Secure Messaging. We are working hard internally and with Best Practice to resolve the issues that are occurring and hope to have these resolved as promptly as possible. If you haven’t already, please ensure a support ticket has been logged in our system so that our team can assist. Unfortunately, we sometimes do encounter short term issues when vendors and clinical systems do upgrades, due to the way secure messaging works within your system and not as a separate platform.

We would love to be able to improve your rating of the software once these issues are resolved.

Free starter option doesn't seem to exist

Signed up for the starter pack then after 2 months of me chasing them to get started was put onto a different option that was going to cost more money instead. Went with a different option as a result.
