If there was a lower rating I would use it. No copy of my contract nor receipt for my payment provided. The contact info on the contract goes nowhere. No one answers the phones. The text communication yielded my being belittled for not understanding the program after a "10 min onboarding" to "set expectations" which included no follow up communication and no SOPs or any actual documentation. They promise a 90 day refund if they don't do their job and provide leads... that "refund" ends up being unobtainable because they respond to nothing. Not sure if this is extreme bad company culture, insane level incompetence, or they just aren't even a real company. Doesn't matter. Stay away. They have no capacity to provide professional services.

Total waste of money and time. Stay away from Referrals Trade. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
They promise high-quality leads but failed to deliver even one during my entire time with them. The only time I heard anything was when I canceled my account.
I requested a refund back in January 2026, and it’s still “processing.” Very frustrating and unprofessional.

We have records, including screenshots, showing that leads and appointments were delivered to you, and that you acknowledged having scheduled conversations with them. For transparency, we’re fully prepared to provide this documentation if needed.
Our service is focused on providing qualified leads and setting appointments—closing those opportunities is the responsibility of the client. We cannot guarantee closed deals, only the delivery of leads as outlined.
Regarding your refund request, it is handled in accordance with our policy and timelines. We understand delays can be frustrating, but this does not reflect a lack of action or intent on our side.
We’re always open to resolving concerns professionally, but we also have to ensure that claims made publicly reflect the full and accurate picture.

Don’t touch this company they are a complete fraud!!! Never got a lead and when I requested my refund, they have been stringing me along for over a month with my refund. I’ve filed a formal complaint and my lawyer is suing them. Thy are a complete scam. Dirty no good thief’s.

We received a qualified lead within a week or so from our sign up. We won the listing and are looking forward to receiving more quality leads. Our contact with the staff has been very helpful and easy to access. The only one thing we would like to see is a more interactive web platform.

If there was a zero star, I would give that to this I’m a real estate agent and had a terrible experience with this so-called “lead network.” They aggressively market themselves as a New York based company that provides exclusive, high quality leads. That is not what happened.
After paying, I never received a single legitimate lead. No real prospects, no follow-up, nothing. It’s been almost 7 months no response from them. Once they had my money, communication dropped off completely or turned into excuses and delays. Requests for refunds were ignored or deflected.
Another major red flag: although they claim to be based in New York, it quickly became clear that operations and communication were coming from outside the U.S. This felt highly deceptive and intentionally misleading, especially when targeting U.S. real estate agents.
This appears to be a setup designed to take agents’ money without delivering any real service. If you’re a real estate professional considering them, please don’t. I strongly regret trusting them and hope this review prevents others from being scammed.

This place is 100% a scam,
This place is 100% a scam. Run away. They take your upfront fee and will not refund (although they say they will)- it never happens. I did not get 1 seller lead over 3 weeks although I kept checking in. They sent me a buyer lead over 50 miles away - obvously not my area of expertise. When I contested the CC charge they provided false info to my CC company as well.
Really terrible this company is allowed to do business. Lesson learned. I never buy leads and should have known better. I do have all the facts documented with multiple email promises of a refund that was never recieved. This is a completely accurate assessment.
FYI - they will keep hounding you with text messages to buy their services.

Your edited review continues to omit critical facts and contains demonstrably inaccurate statements.
To be absolutely clear: the claim that we provided “false information” to your credit card company is incorrect. The dispute outcome was determined solely by your card issuer, based on documented evidence including signed onboarding records, communication history, and service activity. That decision was made by the bank — not by us.
You explicitly confirmed in writing that you would wait for the refund process to complete. Despite that confirmation, you initiated a chargeback while the process was already underway. Once a chargeback is filed, refunds are no longer controlled by us and must follow the processor and issuing bank’s procedures. This was explained to you at the time.
Additional points that your review misrepresents:
• Lead timelines are disclosed during onboarding and are not guaranteed within a fixed number of days
• Lead type and territory are based on the information provided at signup and can be adjusted when communicated appropriately
• Buyer leads outside a preferred radius can be declined or reassigned when raised through proper channels
Only after the dispute was resolved against you did public accusations begin. That timing matters.
We categorically reject the allegation that Referrals Trade is a scam. We are a legitimate business working with licensed professionals and maintain complete records for every account. A disagreement over expectations or an unfavorable dispute decision does not constitute fraud.
We remain open to resolving matters through appropriate, professional channels. However, public statements that ignore documented facts and third-party rulings are misleading.

It's a big scam, do not buy into it.
This company promises real estate referrals but delivers absolutely nothing. I paid their upfront fee in good faith and did not receive a single referral — not one. Zero.
What makes it worse is their so-called money-back guarantee, which is nothing but a lie. When it became clear they weren’t delivering, I tried to invoke their refund policy and was met with excuses, delays, and ultimately denial. They will gladly take your money but won’t stand behind their promises.
There is no transparency, no accountability, and no value. Charging real estate professionals upfront while failing to provide any referrals is unethical and misleading. If a company truly believed in its service, it wouldn’t need to lock people in with upfront fees and fake guarantees.
I strongly advise other agents to stay far away. This was a complete waste of time and money.
Continuance: On January 21, 2026, you publicly responded to my initial review stating that my refund had been approved and processed. It has now been nearly a month, and I have not received the refund.
Your statement that the refund was processed is clearly not accurate. At this point, it appears that you have no intention of honoring your own written commitment.
I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am also prepared to pursue additional remedies available to me if this matter is not resolved immediately.
Provide documented proof that the refund was processed, including the transaction date, amount, method, and confirmation number, or issue the refund without further delay.
This matter requires immediate action.

I signed up a few months ago and have been trying to get my money back ever since. They keep giving me the run around and won't return my money.
Unfortunately I've had to report them to the BBB as this appears to be a scam. They take your money and run. Don't believe the false claims they make.

Zero stars. This is a scam company. Stay away. They will steal your money!! I haven’t received a single quality lead. The leads I’ve received were either already claimed by other agents, for sale by owners who didn’t want to work with agents, or unreachable. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach accounts and support to cancel my account and receive a refund yet they haven’t replied to my emails and the phone number for the rep I was assigned to is unreachable. After speaking with a support rep, I was told they would investigate and inform me what is going on. I was told I would hear back by Friday EoD and still haven’t heard back. They also won’t allow me to cancel my account and refund me as they have breached contract. I do not believe they are even based in North America. This is unacceptable and is clearly a scam. I don’t think they are even based in the US. stay away or get taken advantage of! At this point I believe I’ve lost my $350. Do not make my same mistake. They will comment on this, on why they aren’t a scam but it is complete B.S. They claim to work with many brokerages yet no agent I know across brokerages has heard of them. Their Instagram and Facebook links don’t work and don’t exist. They are scammers!!!

Alvin, this is the third time you’ve edited your review — first claiming no leads, then poor-quality leads, and now calling us a scam. You’ve received verified referrals, and our team has communicated with you multiple times. All actions, including refund eligibility, follow the agreement terms you accepted.
False claims or attempts to pressure the company publicly won’t change that. We’re still open to resolving this directly and professionally through support.
Leads are hit or miss
Some leads responded, others didn’t. It’s a bit of a mixed bag. I appreciate that they followed up and tried to help improve results. Still on the fence about continuing, but I see the potential if the consistency improves.
