It has taken 3 visits to try to get the doctor to see me. First visit, I waited 3 hours and had to leave because my condition which includes chronic pain was elevated after hours of waiting. Came back and gave up after 2 hours and at the third visit I gave up after 1 hour because I knew they are horrible at scheduling and have no sympathy for the majority who are seniors in search of cataract removal. Today while accompanying my mother to a different eye clinic I found out that was the same reason she changed doctors, pure and senseless scheduling that you have to endure to be seen. When they examine you prior to seeing the doctor it seems you are part of an assembly line like a piece of meat. If you have endurance then I fits you just right. If you have all day to waste then this is the place to go, but if you are used to top quality and personalized service go somewhere else where you are just not a name on a paper and assembly line material.
