The salesman came to our home to give a quote for a new roof. He gave a quote. I told him that I would get other quotes and get back to him. Literally not 1 minute later he returned with a quote $2000 less. Red flag! But I went with it. But my issue is that they sent subcontractors and no one from their company monitored the work. When we complained they sent two men from their company. They were rude and condescending. They are suppose to be the professionals and help guide us of what was happening. Instead they gave us excuses of the mess that went on at our home. The contractors tried to cover up rotten wood but we caught them. We felt because the area we live in our home was not respected. They were so rude to us that they had to be ask to leave. Be aware of discriminatory acts from this company. And by the way to show good faith I paid the company over half the fee before they even started the work. So the person who responded to this review get your facts straight. You probably didn’t even see the work.

First of all we are very sorry for you to leave the review and say these things. We did offer some savings to try and work within your budget as we do for others when we can. We did try and address every one of your concerns but you thought we would be wrapping fascia boards and replacing them with a roof project and that is not standard policy, of which you got very upset and actually cussed out our representatives and didn't ask them to leave but told them to get the f**k off the property because you thought you weren't getting what was in the agreement. There is no discrimination here at all, we treat every job the same and it's sad for you to try and defame our company with such comments. No rotten wood was covered up, we worked on other areas of the roof while the guys went to go get more wood, as a certified roofer from GAF, we are held to a high standard and must oblige by it, no job would we risk that or our reputation over. I'm sorry we weren't able to please you, but we did everything we agreed upon and still were not paid by the way, and now you have decided to defame us to hurt us more months later. Our legal team will be forwarded these comments
