It's amazing that a medical centre is open on a Sunday. Quick appointment, thorough doctor! All in all, excellent, reliable service. The NHS should take a leaf out of your book! Thank you!

This was our second time visiting Refuah in a short time. Last time it was for our daughter who displayed worrying symptoms on her foot and started limping. Within 2 days all the necessary imaging and tests were carried out while Dr Kahen went out of his way arranging us appointments with top consultants with packed schedules. This time again Dr Kahen proved himself as the best address for any medical issue going way beyond the call of duty! Keep up your great service!

Refuah medical centre is a real game changer. We had an appointment in no time, the doctor was extremely professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. They had the medication on site and overall the staff were all very kind courteous and caring.

I had a pain that needed to be checked out.
I booked the appointment, was seen by a GP, done all tests necessary & assured that everything is OK not to be concerned on the same day.

Booked and got an appointment for same day, good receptionist manners and listening and sympathetic doctor.
It was good to meet Mr Schnek on premises who is willing to hear any comments for improvements.

I had a minor concern with my new-born on a Sunday morning and couldn’t afford to wait until my NHS GP opened on Monday. Refuah Medical Centre offered me a same-day GP consultation, The environment was welcoming, and the staff and consultant were friendly and professional. Excellent experience overall!

The doctor was very professional, but the blonde female doctor who took the X-ray was very weird and had a very bad service attitude. I don't know if she was racist or something. My friend's English might not be very good. She laughed at my friend and was very rude. If my comments are seen, I hope they will be taken seriously.

Great experience ! I’ve booked the appointment the same day, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, The staff was great, had my appointment with Dr Paaree Senguttuvan. He took the time to listen to my symptoms, booked some test right away took the time to talk me though the process and the action plan.I never had a service like this before and a great experience with the Dr who’s actually talking the time to listen and ask a lot of questions to have the proper understanding of what’s going on. Even if Private has a certain cost it’s liked to the quality of care you’re experiencing!

Hi, I was very impressed when I stepped in to the beautiful medical centre, I was very warmly welcomed. I came 10 min before my apointment time. I filled up the forms. And waited 25 min to get into the gp, who apologised for waiting.
The gp was listening to me with patient and examined me . He told me to make a xray wich I was happy to do, but I didn't know he can't read it. So, I feel upset about that.
He send me to make a xray ....waited 1 hour!!!!
Till I went to knock on the door to ask why am I waiting, no patient was there. The lady explained that there's a problem with the system and was waiting in the xray room and I learned how the machine is working. It took another half hour. Than I was waiting another half a hour for gp who went for his break....and I'm not done yet.....
When finally he arrived, he used the computer from the secretary to explain me about my case. Very not proffecional. And the secretary was busy on a call and I saw with who she was on the phone as her name came up on the screen (happened to be my dil) it's very not confidential. I'm so sorry about my complaint.
I understand its a new center. And kol hakavod. But it costed me 3 hours to be at your centre. Plus 1 hour travelling from canvey. If I would know that, I would go local to a&e.

The Dr. really listened to me and gave me lots of time to discuss my issue

First off I am overwhelmed and pleased by Refuah medical center, they have the best medical services I have ever encountered and I am beyond grateful for their support and integrity in helping. For years I have been through constant issues with pain and have been given the usual outcomes to no avail. But when I was advised to go visit Refuah medical center I was told what the real issue was and was taken back and was full of joy. If you is going through issues with an ongoing condition and there is no answers or you need the best quality advice, care and knowledge Refuah medical center is the place to be. I recommend it to everyone and please I assure you the staff are amazing, kind and well respectful and respected, I would like to thank Israel for speaking with my son and being very patient. You are an honorable man, I would like to thank both receptionist Gila and Tracy for your kind and warm welcome, both your caring and thoughtful words had bring comfort. To Dr Afshin Kahen, you showed care, empathy, generosity and knowledge, your answers have helped me now realize the issue and I am very grateful for you. I thank you Dr Kahen. To anyone considering to visiting I assure you, you will be grateful.
