Product in good shape however
Product in good shape however, the 'free' case is far too big and therefore of little use. It would have been nice to have the stylus that comes with this particular computer. Worth a high rating though.

Emergency replacement!!
Keyboard of an older iMac gave up the ghost and I just didn’t have the cash for a new one. Took a leap of faith because I hadn’t used this company before - speedy delivery and excellent product. I’m glad I’ve found them - will use again

Buying a wireless keyboard can be confusing, but the Refurbo selection and ordering process is intuitive and logical. There was immediate follow-up to confirm details of the order and the expected delivery time. Regarding the most important part of the experience - the product arrived ahead of time, it was in immaculate condition and it worked, right out of the box!
