Please use your tracking number on the confirmation email to locate your order with www.royalmail.com.
It appears that a delivery attempt was made, however, it was marked as "Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender."
According to Royal Mail, the parcel is still at your local depo and ready for collection.
Alternatively, if you cannot make the collection, please let us know at central@regencyfragrances.com, and we will happily resend the order.
We hope you get your fragrances soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I've totally changed my opinion!
I've totally changed my opinion on this brand, my first impression was not good at all, I bought 2 scents neither of which smelt like what I expected, AT FIRST. However I noticed that, with time , both smell much better, and RANDOM is actually very similar to CHANCE, which I love. AZURE is less like COOL BLUE, but both really improve with time on the skin. My advice, give them time.

Sent only lasts an an hour or so!
Service fab!
Scent smells fab but very sadly only lasts an hour or so very disappointing as I would sniff sea salt and sage all day!!!!

Regency fragrance
Rubbish you could hardly smell it at all and after 20 mins you couldn’t smell after all hype on fb Ruby Summer and you can’t return because it says in same conditions as you received unopened not sprayed,so how can you tell it’s rubbish until you’ve tried

Not a great experience
These smell very chemical and nothing like the perfumes they are inspired by. Did not last at all unfortunately :(

I haven't tried perfume as I have bought for a present. The box and package was very good and delivery very fast. I will certainly be buying from this company again.

I bought 2 bottles of sea salt and sage…
I bought 2 bottles of sea salt and sage perfume. It arrived after a few days very well packaged with a sample of another perfume ( 2 samples would have been good) cheeky hint. One bottle was for me,and one for my daughter.
The scent is very nice, very light and fresh, great summer fragrance. Sadly it's not a long laster but we both like it a lot, and would like to try others. I didn't like the sample. Personal taste.
