I was looking at buying a bungalow and planning a loft conversion, and Andy was absolutely incredible from the very start. Even though I hadn't even bought the property yet, he happily let me send him endless photos and floor plans via WhatsApp and email, and kept sending me detailed quotes and advice every step of the way.

He even went out to view a property and priced the work up for me — and what really stood out is that he was completely honest and told me straight when something wasn't right to buy, giving me such valuable advice that saved me from making a mistake. He was so generous with his time, knowledge and guidance — and all before any work was even agreed!

In the end I didn't end up proceeding buying a property that needed work, but that is in NO way a reflection of him — he was absolutely amazing from start to finish, so helpful, so genuine, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If I ever need any work doing in the future, he will be the first person I call, and I will always be recommending him to absolutely everyone I know.

Regency recently completed a part build dormer loft conversion for us. Andy has a wealth of knowledge and is a perfectionist when it comes to the finer details. Regency went the extra mile and included additional work as a good will gesture when the job went slightly over schedule. The whole service was professional including the plans, they also appointed building control, which was one less thing to arrange. We would highly recommend the team and would use for future developments.

We had a complicated double velux window replacement in a Victorian property, with automated closing and blinds included. Andy kept us well informed throughout, and make sure the work was delivered to a high quality. All waste was removed, and additional cleaning organized.

The work took some time, but the weather really didn’t help, and Andy and team are in demand. It is worth being patient for a great outcome.

I found myself in a challenging position with a builder who did a part build and then never returned. Needing a builder who I could trust and is experienced in delivering lofts to a high standard was I what I needed. Through reaching out to my network, I had been recommended Andrew by 3 separate individuals.

At our request, Andy visited the site a number of times to see how he could rectify the below standard job that was delivered by the previous builders. We found him honest in is assessment and he took the time to explain each part of the build that needed to rectified. We gave Andy a rescue project and he drew up a bespoke contract taking into consideration the current challenges and the end product required with a competitive price.

During the build, Andy was organised and punctual. All materials delivered on day 1 with little time wasted thereafter to go to builders merchants. He was at the site 8am. As you do in construction, you come across different scenarios / consideration and Andrew had a wealth of knowledge and experience that we could rely on to recommend the best option for us.

We are extremely pleased with our end product (Hip to gable loft conversion and other structural and design changes around the property).

Andrew and his team completed a hip to gable loft coversion on our home, that created a dream come true for our children, they wanted their own bedrooms in time for Christmas and thanks to Regencys hard work and dedication to us they got thier wish granted in time, which meant everything to us.

We had our loft built by Regency in June 22. Andy provided us with different options and designs he also gave us a 3d video so we could visualise our finished loft space. The build went smoothly and even though we requested some changes and additions it was finished ahead of schedule. The lads were great, friendly and respectful of our home. I recommend them.
