Unfortunately my experience is the same as others. Have not received my lamp, can't get through on phone line and they are not replying to emails. Absolute scam. Do not purchase from them.

Update : received an email today saying that have cancelled my order. No response to my enquiry. Absolutely do not shop with this company.
Placed order in Sep 2025. Never arrived. Lots of promises it would and then promises of a refund. Never got that either. Avoid.
Placed an order for a large amount in October 2025, trying to get an update on this order and no response what so ever. Starting to worry and fear this may be a scam. Even the phone lines do not work and can’t connect to them. Have sent numerous emails.
Customer service second to none. The staff at Regina Interiors really care. I had been after a particular piece of furniture for my living room. Louise and the team not only advised me as to what would work best with my decor, but also provided me with digital images showcasing what the piece would look like in my actual living room!! Got a dedicated design service for free. Furniture looks beautiful. Responses are always prompt. Staff always friendly and polite. Highly recommended!!
I made an order back in January and got order confirmation via email. Nothing since from them. Have phoned 3 times, emailed 3 times and now phoneline not connecting. Have raised a dispute with my payment provider.
Placed an order on 5 Jan and tried to contact for an update. No answer to emails and phone not connecting.
Started to action refund via my credit card and then had a reply similar to one concerning passing of father and backlog of customer service. I am still not sure if this company is trustworthy!
Please can you respond to my requests sent four times now for an update on my order !

I’m so glad I found this beautiful garden bench on Louise’s website. Above that, I received service that was well above 5 stars—Louise went the extra mile, checking with the manufacturer multiple times to confirm some detailed dimensions for a garden bench I wasn’t sure would fit in a tricky spot.
From my first enquiry to the delivery, she was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. Now that the bench is in place, I’m absolutely delighted. It looks even more beautiful in person and is sure to become an iconic part of our enclosed garden. A fantastic experience from start to finish.
I don’t generally leave reviews for online purchases but just felt I had to for this company. Firstly the quality of the bookcase is top notch, and secondly it looks perfect in my granddaughter’s room. I had a lot of (possibly daft) questions regarding measurements and materials and the lady i spoke to was so kind, patient and helpful, i felt i just had to come here to say thank you!
