They assist with a human touch, free of condescending judgement that would weigh heavy on a situation seeming hopeless & out of options. Regional Finance has helped my family on numerous occasions. Treating me like much more than a valued customer. Regional Finance is a caring community resource that is happy to meet the needs of our financial situations with an understanding of todays difficult economy and a smile of compassion. That first phone call after getting a loan was that great first impression. When I returned a call that I missed, I spoke with Roberta and we hit it off great. She was a joy to talk to. She told me things I needed to know and if I ever had any questions about anything, don't hesitate to call. She has a great sense of human and personality, I really enjoyed talking with her, not everyone is like that.

I absolutely love this loan company instead of trying to make me not have any money they figure out ways to help me make my payment on time and get best deal with them I can even if I am going through a hard time the management team and the loan officers are amazing would recommend them every time.
