Fake commitment
They took they money for LLP registration and Virtual Office and failed to deliver the service on time. They didn't refund the money but gave a credit note instead. Looks like I have no other choice but rely on them as I can only use the credit note only for their services. So, remember, once cash paid to them, you won't get it back. You will have to use their services even if you don't want to.

The customer care number also switched off.Before the payment they are contact frequently, Once they collected payments after that they never full fill the documentation on time.

Very bad company
Very bad company. I advice not to choose them as your partner for company registration purposes. I have paid hefty amount for various services and their responses are pathetic. No one calls back. No one picks up my call. No one replies on my email. They all say go to the app and follow the processes, but the app itself is really pathetic. Horrible experience, I have with this company.

My experience with Registerkaro has been terrible
My experience with Registerkaro has been absolutely terrible. First things first, they lure you in with the premise of low value products but they hide things from you where once you take a service, they then keep calling you for add-ons
Their sales team will be behind your life to buy packages and once you buy a service, you are completely ghosted
There is one Anurag Singh (from Startup india service) who calls you begs you for payment, but once the payment is done, he blocks you and doesn't lift your calls
There is another customer service team which is just present for namesake
They call you, ask you for details and just dissapear
I would recommend people not to take any service from registerkaro

I had a Serious Gaps in Compliance Delivery and Communication
I had a very poor experience with RegisterKaro and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
Initially, a sales representative named Anurag approached me and was very responsive until payment was made. Instead of focusing on mandatory compliances like ADT-1, he kept pushing additional services. When I specifically asked about ADT-1 filing, he falsely confirmed that it had already been completed. Unfortunately, I did not verify this at the time.
I paid a total of INR 120,450 for the services he sold. Once the payment was done, Anurag completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. Another person, Manasa, who claimed to be his manager, was responsive only on the first day and then went completely silent as well.
After multiple failed attempts, I escalated the issue to Anish Baranwal, Compliance Manager, and requested a refund. There were email exchanges, but it quickly became clear that a refund was very unlikely. I then requested them to at least deliver the services I had already paid for.
For bookkeeping, a team was eventually assigned and they were reasonably okay. However, from the compliance side, I later discovered that ADT-1 had still not been filed. A person named Disha was assigned for this, but despite repeated follow-ups, she kept postponing without resolution.
I also tried reaching the grievance team, but no one responds to calls or messages. On top of that, their app and website are extremely buggy, making it very difficult to track work or communicate effectively.
What is more concerning is that I am not alone. More than 100 affected customers have joined a WhatsApp group collectively, sharing similar experiences and exploring available legal options to recover their money.
Overall, the experience feels heavily sales-driven. Once payment is collected, follow-up, accountability, and communication drop significantly. This has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and loss of trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend RegisterKaro.

RegisterKaro Services - Customer Voice Unheard
My experience with RegisterKaro has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The representative handling my case lacked even the basic knowledge required for business registration such as fundamental eligibility criteria (including age-related aspects and other statutory details). Even after I provided the correct information and clarified the facts, the representative continued to insist that they were right, displaying an entitled and dismissive attitude rather than professionalism.
Such rigidity and unwillingness to accept verified information is unacceptable in a business services firm. A customer-facing role demands humility, accuracy and a willingness to correct mistakes none of which were evident.
Additionally, RegisterKaro has unilaterally decided to decommission "WhatsApp Support" without any customer consent and is forcing customers to move to their internal portal/Mobile App. This was done without prior acceptance, discussion or consideration of customer convenience. Business owners look for ease of doing business, not systems that complicate workflows and consume unnecessary time.
To make matters worse, upon cancellation of services due to these issues, refunds are not being processed, which raises serious concerns about ethics, transparency and customer rights.
Overall, the service reflects poor customer handling, lack of domain expertise, forced platform adoption and non-compliance with fair refund practices. This approach is damaging to trust and should be urgently corrected if RegisterKaro intends to retain business customers.
