Hassle free ordering & processed quickly

I omitted to utilize the 10% discount. I mentioned this & was ignored.
Did assume a glasses case & cleaning liquid/cloth would be provided.

Shockingly bad. Poor comms and even worse product. I had sunglasses reglazed. The lenses were fitted so poorly that there were gaps between the frame and the lens. The top of the frame was distorted and the lenses expanded the frame so the frames no longer fitted my head properly. I've used Reglaze my Spex previously with acceptable results, so this is a legitimate review. My previous reglazes have been acceptable but you could see cost efficiencies were made in quality. I guess I should have trusted my experiences. You get what you pay for.

Sent in two pairs of glasses to be reglazed and one pair came back broken and had no acknowledgment from them regarding this when I emailed.

Fast turnaround, good quality single vision lenses and very competitively priced.

What an absolute shambolic service, has to be the worse on line experience. Incorrect tracking information, extremely poor communication, emails not responded to on time, telephone number doesn't work. MASSIVE RED FLAG!!! Damaged the Tom Ford case I send my glasses to them, and took no responsibility for it. Their response was "Is the product that we supplied intact we cannot guarantee a cardboard box in transit" But it's not a cardboard box, its the manufacturers case. The cardboard box the case was placed in for transporting was unscathed. A further response was "We cannot be held responsible for a cardboard box that has been in transport if the product that we are supplied is faulty or you are unhappy with it please return it to the address located under contact us for roof for refund www,reglazemyspex,com". HOW is that related to the damaged case? Needless to say I'm NEVER using the service AGAIN!
