Metal razor
Brought a metal razor and i couldn’t get it to shave so i emailed for help it took a while for them to reply but they eventually did and helped me out. Works great!

Love that theres 0 plastic even in the parcel packaging. The washing machine tablets left the machine looking brand new and the tea strainer makes life so much easier, everything I ordered, bamboo travel cutlery set, sponges, is of a great quality, very happy with my order, thank you!

Tried the foam handwash tablets for my near dispensers and they work really well! I'm so surprised as we were paying £3 for one refill and I got 20 for £5! With an extra discount on top too. Bargain, will definitely try more of the eco stuff that saves money

So close to being the best
Delivery was straight forward and prompt. Uses minimal, recyclable packaging. The sheets are marginally less effective than a couple of other makes I've tried but that is reflected in the costs.

Poor response time
Thought try theses as like NEAT range but these seemed cheaper although after ordering found supermarkets offer better deals.
I ordered several items. Sadly one bottle is dented and the other the spray doesn't work.
Ive emailed customer service but no response at
SO as a first time customer I wont be using this company again.
SO if the business reads this I'm awaiting a returns label and refund fir faulty goods!

HORRIBLE AVOID
I received two left gloves and sent customer service 3 emails but didn’t get a response. Their customer service is non expand I will NEVER order from them again. There are PLENTY of other sustainable companies.
