I’m have only recently discovered REGN, and have already placed a couple of orders. It’s great to find another eco-friendly site for personal and household items. It offers a good choice of products at competitive prices. The website is easy to navigate, ordering is straightforward and delivery communication good. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve been happy with the products I’ve had , reusable bamboo towels instead of paper one, soap sheets , bin bags foil. Have also sorted out Any queries I’ve had.
Disappointed to read a Trust pilot have put a notice to tell customers you have been wrongly displaying reviews. Won’t stop me using your products but learn from it. Can’t remember exactly last date of order

Great eco products...my regular buy is the laundry scents which are great but have tried other products too and impressed by everything. Customer service resolved a small billing issue on a multibuy straightaway, they were very responsive. Highly recommend.

I bought the watermelon freeze dried bon bons. These sweets are horrible. I thought these would be natural freeze dried melon but no. Tried to crunch the first one, that was a mistake, they are so hard that I thought my teeth would break. If you suck these you get an artificial watermelon flavour and you are effectively sucking a ball of pure sugar with a horrible mouth feel. They also come in single use plastic packaging. Totally overpriced and very unpleasant. I would question why a company basing itself on environment-friendly ethics would sell such a product. They went in the bin, and I find myself questioning the ethics of this company. I also note the trustpilot warning about this company’s incorrect use of reviews on the site. I will avoid this company in future.

This company have sent the wrong sized bin bags to me and not responded to 2 emails to their customer service. Would not recommend.

The box is small, the sheets are thin with a very nice fragrance. The price is comparatively low. It's about <20p per load. I'll buy it again.

There is a wide choice of environment friendly products, most of which prove cost effective and smart. I’m especially a fan of the feminine hygiene range, which brings optimal comfort with the bonus of being kinder to the planet. Shipping is always timely and well packed. This company has a good range of products all with the eco/sustainable credentials I've been searching for. I'm very keen on using refillable products to reduce waste & I can get what I'm looking for here.

Bought a pair of rubber gloves from this company, only to receive a pack with two right hands, so unless I wash up one handed they are completely useless. I contacted the Regn only to have my email ignored and no reply.

So I bought this razor hoping for a good travel razor. First time I used it I got cuts everywhere but persevered as I know it takes practise sometimes. I watched videos on how to use it. I've used it 4 times now and I look like I've been in a fight with a grizzly bear!!! Cuts everywhere. I'm severely disappointed so contacted customer services in hope they would reach out to me. No answer!! Sent another email. No answer!! Come on here and realise all the poor reviews mentioning the awful customer service. Wish I'd checked these reviews out first. Would certainly not recommend, and if not for the product, purely due to the poor customer service. Who do they think they are?!
