I ordered this as a gift and realised after two weeks that I hadn’t received any updates. I reached out via email, and Carol Y quickly responded with my Royal Mail tracking details, as I had initially been using a different app.
We then discovered the package couldn’t be delivered because it had been damaged in transit. Carol resolved the issue straight away and arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately. She was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions quickly and making the whole process stress-free.
The recipient absolutely loves their gift, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer support I received

I struggled with my hair starting to break because of a lot of heat damage from the Dyson air straight I used it a lot especially after showering and didn’t realise how much it had broken my hair till people started to mention it, I tried different hair products to try and fix my hair as it was badly broke and thin, regrowz shampoo and conditioner has been a life changer it has grown so much and thickened up my hair so quick , this is now the only product I will use on my hair

Damals hatte ich einige Hoffnung in Regrowz.
Auch hier kann ich meine Erfahrung berichten. Habe es mal mehr mal weniger regelmäßig fast 2 Jahre versucht und mehrfach bestellt.
Kurz gesagt: Kaum Ergebnisse. Ich kann nicht sagen gar keine da ich teils das Gefühl für etwas kräftigere Haare hatte. Aber mehr Haare hatte ich nach den zwei Jahren nicht. Bin daher weiter gezogen. Danke trotzdem!

Wow! This thickening shampoo works for my thin hair.

I was suggested to use the products of Regrowz by a friend, and it is one of the choice i dont regret at all making. As the water poses challenges for quality of hair and fall, i want to say that Regrowz's range of shampoo addresses those challenges and the affects are noticeable after few times usage only.
I would personally want to advise everyone that give once a try to their shampoos and you will feel the difference.

Der Versand war super kompliziert und hat endlos gedauert. Ein andauerndes hin und her. Habe sowas noch nicht erlebt.
Der Zoll war noch das kleineste Problem, wenn es dann endlich mal da war.
Die Produkte haben mich leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Ich habe mehrfach bestellt und lange getestet. Kein Erfolg und aufwendig. Wollte es mal loswerden, falls es jemandem hilft.
