It was too hard to assemble. A few screws didn't come. But he looks pretty after he puts it together.

No support after purchase

No support after purchase. After moving to online-only, communication has been very poor. I received one partial reply about a warranty issue, but my requests for a PDF manual and information on replacement parts were ignored. Follow-up emails went unanswered. I wouldn’t trust this company again.

Horrendous Customer ServiceI from Reid Cycles…

I purchased an ebike from Reid Cycles on line and was directed to pick it up in Stanmore Sydney
When I took delivery I noticed the rear break wasn't working as the front break I was told by the manager Tyson that it would come good after a few pumps Well it didn't in fact it stoped working altogether It took me two weeks wait for a complimentary serviceI arrived 10 am as advised and I could wait for the service After 2.5 hours and told someone hadn't turned up to work and someone else was coming I eventually was told all was good and ready to go When I tried the break it was the same ,when I questioned the service mechanic he replied "Oh well it must be the cable " I then asked when I could expect a new cable I was advised they only order parts on Sundays so wait and they'd get back to me No call so I contacted the ? manager Tyson who said I guess Ill have to replace the entire brake unit
Five days later when I again called Stanmore shop I was advised to contact Customer Care in Melbourne and the nice guy Ollie said he would also contact them and ask they call me today I also called 4 times and was put through to 4 different shops each time NO CALL from Customer Care ??

Staff were very helpful.

I dropped my kids bike in to be looked at before I selling it. They were very kind and did a quick service on the spot. Staff were very helpful. Thank you!

MTB Pro 27.5" Disc Mountain Bike

I have bought a 7 * MTB Pro 27.5" Disc Mountain Bike, The Costumer service at Stanmore, NSW Store was great. Help me with selecting a bike as I was buying these bikes for riders of different heights. I would happily recommend this store for buying Reid bikes. Hope bikes will be good as their customer service. I will write another review for Bikes after a month of Ride.

We have purchased 3 bikes for our family now, each time travelling 2 hours to Sydney, but the service and quality of bikes make it worthwhile. Big thanks for helping us out on Sunday!

I had a wheel alignment and puncture…

I had a wheel alignment and puncture issue during lockdown - I'd tried (and failed) to sort myself and the guys were efficient and friendly.

Great product and delivered promptly

Great product and delivered promptly. I went to the store for advice and the person who helped me was very knowledgable. They advised me of the right product for my son and, although they did not have it onsite, I was told that I could easily order online. This is what I ended up doing. Assembling the bike was fairly straightforward and instructions easy to follow. Would highly recommend Reid cycles. Far more competitive with price than other options.

Great after care

Very help full. Buy me bike online - when it came the front crank was making a very bad noise - contacted the team at stanmore, I took the bike in and there fix it under the free bike service program. There also serviced the brakes as well

Pretty happy with the bike I bought from reid cycles it when together easy looks great gears didn't need adjusting turn up quicker than I expected it I will definitely buy from reid cycles again

I have just investigated your order and our communication. I can see that your order was home-assembled, and unfortunately threaded cranks as a result of home-assembly is not covered by warranty. Ultimately, punctures happen and are a part of life as a cyclist - fortunately tubes are inexpensive and are compatible from brand to brand.

I can wholeheartedly confirm that our customer service team does care - we have explained how the threaded crank happened, and we have asked supplementary questions about the tubes but haven't received a response from you.

I looked through our correspondence and only found that there was a delay with your order and you requested to collect it in-store fully assembled when ready and that we sent some replacement parts out to you to repair punctured tyres. We offer a 30-day return policy to all our customers as we want every customer to be 100% happy with their purchase. Unfortunately, it seems you were not 100% satisfied with the items received and the build of your bike in store.

Ladies vintage cruiser

A great bicycle! Easy to assemble and ride - looks fantastic too. I highly recommend this one, especially for others who have not ridden a bike in years.
