Noticed my Reilly seat lamp was missing a small section - haven’t touched the clamp in 11 months of regular riding. Sent Phil a WhatsApp message who informed it was covered under warranty and arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately. Another example of how Reilly look after their customers.

I responded to a Christmas offer of 2 Reilly carbon bottle cages for the price of one - a great offer as I wanted them for my new Sceptre, so it saved me £25! Then, to cap that, they arrived in 24 hours using next day delivery. Very impressive. I love my Reilly and Reilly service!

Fantastic advice, service and delivery. Chris was amazing, he helped with so much advice in the choice of frame and build. The graphics we chose were complicated and he engaged with that and made it happen in super quick time. The bike was delivered for my daughter’s birthday and she is thrilled with it.
