I purchased the Relaxe two person sauna in Oct. 2025. Before I purchased I did extensive research.
Features I wanted.
Full spectrum infrared.
Red light.
Two person.
Comfortable benches with rolled edges and full back rest.
No more than 20 Amp service needs.
Oxygenator.
Vents
Multiple mood lights.
Easy to assemble.
Multiple heat panels.
Easy to use controls

I got everything I wanted in the Relaxe package. The health benefits have been wonderful. Most important is the deep tissue muscle relaxation leading to faster muscle recovery and joint support. Skin rejuvenation. Deeper sleep which supports blood pressure improvement.

All it takes is about a 1/2 hour session followed by a good shower. About 3-4 times per week.

We have to admit that the instructions were hard to read and understand for assembling and we got some things wrong — but that said, we did have folks who stayed the course and helped us get things sorted out and running. I am just able to use it this past week and it is wonderful, melting all my frustrations away!
After reading the reviews I understand that some people breeze through the set up and some of us require help!

I really, really enjoy my massage chair. It helps me with my back problems and shoulders. I recommend this to chair to anyone who has scoliosis. Trust me it really does the job.

Responses from Relaxe.co regarding the assembly and use of our Relaxe Caldera required asking specific questions as we were not as handy as we thought. Once we were able to provide a solid immovable base for the sauna, its assembly went quickly. Make sure you have plenty of space for the boxes of parts; they are big and heavy. More space makes parts extraction easy. Too many wonderful features to list but we use the sauna, red light therapy and Near Infrared EVERY DAY!

I was hesitant to purchase the chair the weight of the chair, when its delivered who brings it in the house and will I enjoy it. So, all above the chair was delivered they put it where I wanted it took all packaging back with them just left me with the chair, I use the chair every night learning new features every night. Love it

Honestly, before I make any claim about any product I've bought or will buy, I have to kick the tires and drive it across railroad tracks and bridges, metaphorically speaking, and the ride in my Relaxe Model massage chair is amazing, and the railroad crossings and bridges are as smooth as our Tennessee whiskey. After my hour workouts on my Nordic Trac machine, I sit in my massage chair for a full body massage from head to toe, and there is no soreness later...none at all now. I'd buy this great chair again because I received what I paid for.

I purchase the about 6 months before spine surgery to have degenerative disc's. The chair has been great before and after surgery. Before surgery the was the only thing that gave me relief. After it has helped me get back to doing things I enjoy doing. I recommend the chair to anyone who has back, hip or leg pain.

For the one-person sauna we experienced some glitches in the process. But now, after using it for almost a month, we feel it was totally worth it! We ordered in November and they charged right away. But we didn't receive it until late January. We did receive some updates from their concierge service.

But when we requested assembly instructions via e-mail and phone messages, there was no response. Only after I posted a negative review, I received a concierge contact that was very responsive. He sent a clear video for assembly and even offered to send an assembly person for a charge.

But I hired a skilled local sauna technician to assemble. (There is no way a non-tech person of a mature age can do this.) Also I hired an electrician because the unit requires two plugs: one for heaters/one for red light panel. The plugs wires are only about 6-7 feet, so you have to plan for power. We were already using the 12 amps for a cold plunge, so we had to route another power source. So finally in February we had lift off.

The features on this compact unit are quite impressive: Salt lights, multi colored lighting panel, separately operable heating panels, air ozone unit, time and temp adjusters, bluetooth music capable, comfortable seat, and nice wood. A luxury level sauna.

We go back and forth between cold plunge and sauna. We need to dry ourselves completely and sit on a towel because the instructions imply not suitable for water usage. But we really feel transformed and blissful after a few times back and forth. It is a true health spa experience at home. We LOVE it.

dealing with your company and getting it just in time for our CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I AM A 81 YEAR OLD RETIRED MARINE AND MY LOVELY WIFE IS 70 YEARS OLD . SO THIS OLE BODY NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET AND MY WIFE AND I JUST LOVE OUR CHAIR . ALL THE DIFFERENT SETTINGS . SO MUCH COULD BE SAID SO WE WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY " THANK YOU ".

From the delivery to my daily massage, our Relaxe chair has been a wonderful experience. After a day of yard work, a workout or a soak in the hot tub, a 30 minute massage in my chair is a perfect way to wind up my day.

From purchase to setting up in room my experience was top notch. I will list all the Pros, then the Cons which are very minor issues.
PROS:
1. I purchased and paid for the chair using PayPal
2. I clicked on in room delivery that initially didn’t include unboxing and setup. After purchasing I measured the doorway of the room I wanted it placed and realized it was not going to fit even with the door removed. My husband was upset at the fact it was going to have to go into the office and the only other place it would fit in the house was upstairs in the loft. I called Relaxe and told them it was going to have to go upstairs. They told me the current shipment would need to be cancelled, because they were going to need to switch delivery companies for the White Glove treatment. Another couple of days go by and my husband switches his mind and tell me the chair can go in the office. I called Relaxe and told them and I still got the White Glove treatment at no extra cost. Chair arrived a day later. Delivery guys unboxed it in my driveway and rolled it into the office and plugged it in for me. Ready to use!
3. For my first massage I just powered the chair up and let it do its thing…wonderful! It took me a week before I discovered the Stretch Massage…best program IMO!
4. I’ve been using the 3X a day for the last week and I don’t have anymore back issues. Right before bed I will do a 30 minute session and sometimes fall asleep. The chair is comfortable enough to sleep for 5 or 6 hours!

CONS: (very minor issues)
1. The buttons on the left arm are difficult to reach after lying back in the chair
2. My IPhone won’t fit into the slot on the right arm
3. Sometimes I can hear crackling of the airbags
4. Sometimes Alice won’t respond to my commands. After you say, “Hi Alice” she will respond with “I’m here”
After trial and error you must tell her massage on before she will follow any other commands. Even then, sometimes she won’t answer at all making her redundant. At other times during the massage she will tell me she is here at no prompt from me. I find this a bit annoying, but it doesn’t detract from how well the chair makes you feel…just a minor annoyance.
5. I’m 5’1” tall and the airbags for the arm won’t reach high enough to do my full forearm. I wish there was a way I could adjust the airbags higher up on the arm of the chair. Right now it only does my hand and wrist and very little if any of my forearm.

Overall, I am extremely happy I made this purchase. With a 3 year warranty you really can’t go wrong.

I've had the Relaxe chair for a few days now. Wow, very pleased so far. Wished I bought it sooner. Felt so relaxing when I got out, easy to fall asleep in it. Still figuring the controls out, wish there was an individual that would have showed how ro use it and go throught the usage. Looking at the size of the chair on all the ads made it look kinda big, nope, it fits the same area as a lazy boy. Only down fall is you're required to keep the shipping materials for atleast a year, I can understand but some individuals don't have the space to store it. But yes, I would highly recommend this chair, so good.

The sauna was delivered on time as promised undamaged. After it was installed and working I noticed that there was a heating element that was not operating properly. I called customer service and they responded immediately. They sent me a new heating bulb immediately fedex cause that is the first course of action. Unfortunately it was not the heating bulb. My electrician came over and diagnosed a faulty wire that he fixed. Relaxe sent me a credit to pay for the electrician and sent out their own technician to verify that that was the problem. They have additionally reached out to me to say if I have any problems with the heating element or anything else to contact them quickly and they will resolve. This company stands behind their quality product and I absolutely love this sauna with the red light therapy it is awesome I look forward to it every day. Knowing that they stand behind their product gives me confidence going forward. I recommend it to anyone looking for an in home version of a red light sauna therapy machine.

Very non-responsive. Please do not buy from them. They don't cater to the customer's queries.

I had been looking for a massage chair for quite some time after trying out one at my sister's house. I finally found the relaxed chair and started to search Out reviews for it first. A lot of the reviews were very impressive to me and I like the way that they set up to financing and delivery and the warranty one full year to return it if I needed to. So I went and I ordered it. The chair came in a good timing delivery was great. I set the chair up in my bedroom. I read the booklet went through the modes. I was having a lot of trouble with sciatica for over a year now and so I found the stretch mode or yoga mode and thought I would try that. It made a big difference in my sciatica. So every day for a few more days I used that same mode for my sciatica. It was a great relief to me. I also tried out a lot of the other modes and being a diabetic the stretch mode was also really good for that for bringing circulation Etc back into my legs. I use the chair daily I have had it over a year. No problems with it at all. Every time I needed to get a hold of somebody I was able to and they would help me. Great chair by it you won't be unhappy about it.

I bought a chair in September. I absolutely love it! Best birthday present I ever bought myself!😉 I have major back issues and nothing can be done medically to relieve my pain. I can’t say the chair relieves my pain but it certainly helps to make it manageable. My husband, who was a skeptic, is now a believer as well. After 2 falls last year and having some lingering issues he now uses the chair to help him. You will notice a difference once you get used to it!
