The problem is the people in the office are not being responsible to customers need and not responding to their needs or returning calls. The service teams doing their jobs well in the field but office managers not helping them with getting what they need to complete their job.

Still waiting for the warranty for the…

Still waiting for the warranty for the equipment I purchased and for you to stop filing against my home deed in Hall County. I am working with customer service Lesha to get this taken care of. For whatever reason my purchase of the equipment instead of leasing it was never recorded at your office. My check for $15,948.00 was cashed and you have been paid. Please get this settled.

Jarrod Willis

Jarrod Willis, started the whole process, followed up throughout the install, and even stayed on top of the only small delay we had. We never felt that he was more than just a call away. The installers were all professional, engaging, and did a great job. This was originally a very stressful situation, obviously, but we were so pleased with Reliable we have already referred Jarrod to one of our neighbors.

Would not hire again

Sales person very responsive and helpful. Install team had several issues resulting in several trips back out. I still do not have a smooth running HVAC, but it is at least cooling. One tech whining about being in the attic after noon (part of the job description), and he called out a few times causing reschedules. Now I am in a place that the furnace likely needs to be replaced for a properly running system, which will cost twice as much at this point. Would have made a different decision up front if I had been warned of the issues that I am now dealing with being a possibility. Best price out of 5 quotes, but apparently you get what you pay for, which is not great performance.

Rock solid

Great attention to detail and innovative purchase options. Very professional and friendly. Very different experience from other HVAC companies I’ve worked with for 20 years.

Horrible scam company

Horrible scam company. They did damage to my home they use several numbers and names for their business. Tons of red flags.
I was a victim of there scam!!!

This is the biggest scam of a company

This is the biggest scam of a company! They installed an HVAC unit and less than two months later in the winter time with me having a 17month old baby it flooded my attic. They have never routed to service the unit and expect a payment! I will never deal with this company again and looking at all the other reviews, I am not the only person

Disrespected by Reliable Heating and Air technician

So, Reliable Heating and Air asked me to call them in regards to my matter, only to be told by their customer service department can't be reached.
I have filed a lawsuit against them. These people don't respect your private intimate space or the inconvenience that they put you in. This whole situation with their technician standing in my bed with contaminated boots on, cause me to have to sleep on my sofa with prosthetic hips.

BEWARE OF LEASING CONTRACT

I thought everything was going well until I started asking questions about my bill!!! ON 10/5/2021 Rodney came to talk about replacing old unit from another company. He was smooth, talked personal stuff gained my trust and to get to the point on my contract It stated leasing but he told me I would own my unite after payments, not to worry. As I was thinking it was time that it should be paid off so looked closely and I was to pay $6,600 for unit when I signed and on contract I will be paying over $10,000 and I will not even own the unit. I am a senior citizen and too trusting it seems. He LIED when I asked certain basic important questions and failed to mention the sham job. I will get an attorney to fight this. DONT SIGN CONTRACT IT IS TO LEASE AND NEVER OWN YOUR SYSTEM AND YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE WHAT IT IS WORTH. PLEASE LIST YOUR COMPAINTS ABOUT CONTRACT.

We want to be very clear that our Comfort as a Service program is designed to be transparent and flexible, and we never want anyone to feel misled. The program is different from a traditional purchase. It includes ongoing service, maintenance, and repairs for the life of the agreement, which is why the total investment differs from an upfront purchase option. That said, we understand how this can be confusing, and it is our responsibility to make sure everything is clearly explained.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to review your agreement with you, answer any questions, and make sure you fully understand your options. If anything was not communicated clearly at the time, we want to address that directly.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS COMPANY

I signed up for a “lease” with realible heating/air about 3 months ago, and it has been practically a nightmare with them. First day of installation they spent over 6 hours and still didn’t complete the installation stating the unit needed a new part. Returned next day and got it to work but stated it needed interferon. They never returned. 2 weeks ago, the heat wouldn’t turn on. It was blowing cold air. Again technician said it needs a new part that he has to order. So am waiting on that.
QUESTIONS? Is this a new unit or refurbished unit? (My 12 year unit was more dependable
than this supposedly new one). Is this going to be the expected service the next few years?

We understand your concerns regarding reliability and whether the equipment is new. To clarify, the systems we install are new equipment, not refurbished. That said, needing multiple follow-ups and waiting on parts is not the experience we want for you.
