Das Produkt ist hochwertige und tut was er machen muss.Die Leute die da hinten sind,sind sehr hilfreich falls Fragen auftauchen. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe dieses Produkt bestellt und mit einer langen Lieferverzögerung sehr spät erhalten. Nachdem nach wenigen Wochen das Aufladen nicht mehr funktioniert hat, wollte ich von der 60-tägigen Rückgabefrist Gebrauch machen. Die Frist beginnt mit dem Bestelldatum zu laufen, eine wochenlange Lieferverzögerung wird eingerechnet. Mein Fazit: sehr schlechte Produktqualität und noch schlechteres Service bzw. Entgegenkommen. Von einem Kauf kann ich nur abraten.

Die Steuerung war schon nach 3 Monaten defekt und das Unternehmen hält sich nicht an die europäischen gewährleistungsbedingungen sondern verweist auf die 60-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie, die mit einem defekt gar nichts zu tu hat. Außerdem ist das Ding doch aus China, was Relivera mit Geschick verschleiert.

Vor 2 Monaten bestellt....keine Ware erhalten. Ware wurde nach Finnland geschickt, kam wohl aus China...in E-Mails wird schriftlich nur vertröstet... unterirdisch.

Ich habe zwei Schultergurte zum testen gekauft. Einen für meinen Mann, der ihn aber nicht behalten wollte. Auf meine Nachfrage auf die 60 Tage zurück Garantie, hat man mir mitgeteilt, wenn es benutzt wurde, geht das natürlich nicht. Wie sollte ich es sonst testen? FAKE SHOP NICHTS KAUFEN

Waiting since 10 days for the product ordered (Relevo shoulder massager)! Since ordering I am spammed with mails how fantastic the product is, but the tracking tells me, the product has not yet been sent out..

Das ist Abzocke. Erst defektes Gerät geliefert, nach langer Diskussion mit der KI dann doch das Geld zurückbekommen. Das Schultermassagegerät ist qualitativ unterirdisch schlecht- bei mir war von Anfang an die Heizfunktion defekt. FINGER WEG!!! VON WEGEN DEUTSCHES PRODUKT ETC...

I only gave them one star because I couldn’t comment if I didn’t I’d like to give them a -5. This company is a total scam. Their underwear might work if you have tiny little bladder leaks more like baby panty liner needs, but not if you have an incontinence issue of any nature. I fell for this the second time because I ordered from another company and when I got them, they were the same thing and they were came out of the same location in South Florida. The first time I got nowhere with the people and ended up donating them in a Goodwill bin. This advertisement almost a year later seemed more credible and I really thought they might be better. My bad! Won’t happen again, but they got me. Good communication but stalled and then wanted me to send them back to China! I came out of South Florida, but I have to bail them to China and if they don’t get them it’s not my fault and I have to pay shipping and blah blah blah blah blah. Also, they had to be returned unopened with the seal, not tampered with. Thank God, I didn’t want anything to do with it, and I noticed that when I got them. But like I told them really how can anybody even know if they weren’t familiar with them if they work fit or anything else. They have massive legal mambo Jumbo that basically means you are screwed. Bottom line they are a scam company.

Ich würde keinen Stern geben wenn es ginge. Finger weg von dem Shop, versprechen 60 Tage Rückgaberecht gaukeln vor die Firma sitzt in Stuttgart, nur die Ware soll man dann an eine dubiose Adresse nach China zurücksenden.

I ordered a Relevo and after this I keep receiving email with very suspicious links (which I did not try). Unfortunately till waiting for the part.
