If I could I would leave ZERO stars for this ridiculous business. Within one hour of making my order I emailed them to cancel it, I should have read the reviews before ordering. I was told I would hear back right away. This took a day and in the meantime they shipped my order (or claimed to have) and said too late. The refund policy stinks so I’m basically scammed out of $60.

The pants are not suitable for purpose . The fabric used is synthetic and not cotton as I thought they were advertised. Very uncomfortable in this warm weather so caused perspiration issues . The pelvic support promised is not obvious at all - no different to ordinary pants . I have requested a refund

I bought underwear and belt. As soon as I put them on I had no leaks. I couldn't believe it. I have suffered with incontinence for a couple of years. I have gone to a pelvic physio therapist, it did nothing. But these and the belt, I have coughed, sneezed and not one drop! At least once a day urine will gush out. This has not happened once since wearing the pelvic belt and underwear. I can't believe all the negative reviews! Maybe I just got lucky. You do have to wear the items properly for them to work. I would and will be recommending these products to anyone I know who has an incontinence problem. Thank you for your items K. Miller

Awful product taking advantage of women's problems.They do not work and their sizes are ridiculous, ordered a bigger product than should have needed still didn't work.They are very poor cheap underwear sold at obscene prices.

My order 8834, placed on February 24, 2025, was for Pelvic Floor Support & Leakproof Underwear | 2+3 Free × 1 Mix (5-Pack) | 2+3 Free / XL $49.00.

I received this order on March 5, 2025. I opened one of the individual packages, washed that one pair of underwear in it, and then tried it on. It was much too small. I looked at the tag inside the underwear, and it showed 3XL which should have been even larger than what I ordered, and it was still too small.
The page where I ordered stated, "Even the best underwear isn't right if the fit isn't perfect! While our sizing is as precise as possible, sometimes the fit just isn't quite right. That's why we offer our 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee:
Try our underwear on at home, wash them and if you're not 100% satisfied with the fit within 90 days of receiving your order, simply send us an email telling us your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you the new size free of charge - No need to return the original product."
The reply from the company stated, "To best help you, we offer to send you the item you ordered in a different size. For a small fee of $14 which covers shipping and packaging costs, we will gladly send you the correct size. This
way, you can keep the current order and possibly give it away or resell it."
The company replied, requesting photos, which I feel was a realistic request, however, for me it required trying to figure how to make photos and then send them in a timely manner. I am 73 years old, and not exactly tech savy. I did finally figure it out and recently sent photos, but I wanted to put in a review somewhere to warn others that sizing is difficult to determine, and the charge for the free replacement seems pretty steep.

After receiving confirmation that the item I wanted was sold in pairs, the price increased by nearly 800% within minutes — jumping from £44.95 to £399.95 per pair. I had the lower price in my basket and was about to check out. While I understand dynamic pricing exists, this feels deeply unfair. The company declined to honour the original price but offered a 25% discount — which doesn’t come close. Disappointed, especially given the timing

Bought two watches, very poor quality and no instructions. Have emailed numerous times asking to return but have received no reply. Zero customer service and communication.

Does not work. I tried one on and coughed and leaked. Contacted them, said could not provide refund because of hygiene concerns (how do you see if it works if you can't try the underware on). Then after several discussion they sent me return forms but I had to pay shipping. After checking the shipping would be $59.00 to ship back to China, but I received from Chicago, Il. SCAM SCAM Advertised Satisfaction Guarented !!!!! Don't buy

Took forever to get here! Waaaaayyyyy too small. They’re just underwear with a plastic inserts poor quality. Stay away! Can’t return if opened.

I would not even rate this as a one. They are a rip off and I am disputing this through my credit card. This company is a sham!!!! Their sizes are super small and the quality is cheap. I would not buy these!!! There returned policy is a flat out lie.

Do not order for this company!! I ordered a pack of 5 panties stating a 90 day guarantee. First they ran extremely small. I knew I couldn't return the pair I tried to put on, but wanted to return the other 4. CSC said I could not return underwear. On each of the individually wrapped panties was a sticker that it could not be returned IF the seal had been broken. I never attempted to open these. Seal in place. Sent a picture as they requested and still could not get a refund. They offered a 10% ($5-$6) or I could reorder for a charge. No thank you. Never again!

They advertise a 90 money back guarantee but do not honour it. The pictures look like briefs but they barely come up to a bikini size. Terrible product & even worse customer service. Do not buy!

The underware must have been measured on a doll. So small. And the so called customer service people insisting that the sizing was accurate.
No refund, no replacement unless I wanted to pay for yet another delivery. Never order from here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY any underwear that states it gives pelvic floor support and absorbs leakage. The pants are way too small than the size chart suggests. I’m a size 12 and the size 12 they sent were far too small. They are cheap quality nylon pants made in china and have a piece of plastic in the gusset that is supposed to absorb many teaspoons of liquid. They are nothing liked advertised and have no extra support to help with your pelvic floor. I contacted their CSC on the day of receiving them. It cost me £37.00 for 5 pairs of black pants. I emailed saying they were not fit for purpose and not as described and I wanted to know how I could return them and get a refund as per their advertisement stating that they offered full refund and or money back guarantee within 90 days of purchase. I was informed by their csc that underwear could not be returned for a refund due to hygiene so their advertising is false. To get a refund under the money back guarantee period it states that underwear that may have been worn can be washed by hand and returned in its original package to get a refund. This is also untrue as again they said it was due to hygiene reasons and didn’t apply to underwear. They only sell underwear - there is no other product on their web site.

I opened up a dispute via PayPal to put a bit of pressure on them and they have agreed I can get a full refund if I return them via track and trace to China but if the parcel got stopped at customs or didn’t arrive to them I wouldn’t get my refund. The cost to send the parcel back is too expensive on top of what I’ve already paid to risk incurring any more losses and I run the risk of not getting my refund. They have offered me 20% refund and I can keep the pants. Great! So very reluctantly I have accepted this and they have refunded me with 20%.

This company is a scam - selling cheap Chinese nylon poor quality underwear then breaking all promises to refund if returned.

Misleading advertising, false promises, inferior product, no chance to return under 90 day money back guarantee, this company needs looking into as they are scamming consumers with false advertising and not offering a product fit for purpose.

The pants I ordered in size medium are labeled on the pants XL and they are very small. The company refuses to give me a full refund, only offers that if I pay $14 to return them, they'll inspect and consider a refund. I sent them photos of the label, etc. After repeatedly telling them I did not want ANY of their products, they respond that they'll give me a discount on my next order. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and they are investigating the matter. I have kept all communication for proof of unacceptable customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

I wear a size 7 in Hanes but I ordered xl to make sure they would fit. The xl fits like a size 5 in Hanes. They feel like plastic.

Horrible product and even worse refund policy. The fabric does not breathe. Feels like wearing synthetic plastic. Does not absorb and elastic cut off my circulation. I understand it being able to return underwear but not giving any refunds is just throwing money away.

Even a 1 star is too high. The photos and description are fraudulant, inaccurate. Here is what they advertise: Perfect fit guarantee – Not the right size? Return within 90 days for a full refund.
I ordered 5 pairs, they are not as shows in the photo, they are cut too low, can't even cover what should be covered. When I asked for a refund, as stated, I was refused numerous times! Do NOT do business with this Chinese company.

This company is a fraud. They advertised a replacement guarantee if they didn’t fit. I went up a size and they are still too tight. They also advertised pelvic floor support which is the big reason I ordered. Nope. Nothing even remotely like that. The absorption is also a joke. Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Getting to the point that if it’s made in China, I’m going to skip it.
