Leveraging your time. What a concept!

I remember the evening vividly some 10 years ago. I just completed negotiations for a 12,000 square foot office relocation and the moving day had arrived. As an office broker I always believed my services extended beyond lease execution. Many hours were invested in RFP’s for IT companies, movers, Tenant Improvements and office furniture. Needless to say, I was exhausted after the move.

Six months later I was introduced to Corey Udkoff of Relocation Strategies. What a difference! Corey now manages all of my tenant moves so I can focus on my core services. With his team of highly skilled staff and extensive service provider relationships, I always feel confident my clients are receiving the highest level of representation. I therefore recommend Relocation Strategies for all tenant and owner/user moves.

I've worked with Relocation Strategies for over 10 years on a variety of different projects and they always do an excellent job. As a broker, it's incredibly important that the client has continuity between the deal negotiation phase, the tenant improvement phase and relocation process. When Relocation Strategies is involved I know that my client is in excellent hands-they make me look good and the client has a positive, stress-free experience. Any business considering a move needs to speak with Relocation Strategies BEFORE they sign any deal.

Relocation Strategies is so incredibly…

Relocation Strategies is so incredibly helpful. They guide you even before you've signed your lease, then continue supporting you with all the vendors you need. Often, those vendors have already negotiated better rates simply because of the Relocation Strategies referral — just another asset they bring to the table.

They can even help with furniture and office layout guidance. They won't pack up your office or run cable, but they'll connect you with all the right people who will.

If only I had understood the full scope of their services sooner in the process! I thought we were too small — but while Relocation Strategies handles large office moves, and even industrial and manufacturing relocations, they could have kept me from spending my time managing the move rather than generating income. Don't make the same mistake I did.

One of the biggest challenges with commercial relocations is that most companies only go through them a handful of times, so it’s hard to know what questions to ask or what issues are waiting around the corner. Our goal is to step in early, help clients avoid costly surprises, and make the entire process as smooth and efficient as possible.

I especially appreciate your comments about time. We often tell clients that our role is not just coordinating vendors and logistics, but allowing leadership teams to stay focused on running and growing their business instead of managing a relocation full-time.

Whether a project is a small office move, a large corporate relocation, or even an industrial/manufacturing transition, we truly believe every client deserves the same level of guidance, advocacy, and support.

We didn't know what we didn't know.

We recently made a major move for our business and it really opened our eyes about how truly complex and time consuming a move can be for a business.
